Teen Wakes up in Hospital after Car Crash to Find Newborn Baby, Didn't Know She Was Pregnant

A teenager woke up to life-changing news after she was involved in a car accident. She was stunned when the doctors placed a newborn baby in her hands—she didn't know she was expecting a child.

Before the baby developed pre-eclampsia, doctors decided on an urgent c-section. They were able to welcome the 32-week-old baby into the world while the mother wasn't awake. When nurses gave Lynn her baby for the first time, she was confused.

The teen was confident they had made a mistake and even told the hospital staff they had the wrong room. Lynn's story was shared on an episode of TLC's "I Didn't Know I was Pregnant." She told viewers that she woke up feeling terrified.
