Canadian-born Stephen Amell became a household name after his feature on "Arrow." Since then, he has worked on other projects, including as a voice-over artist for video games.

The onscreen superhero is also a professional wrestler who has battled it out in the WWE ring. Back at home, Amell is a doting father to two kids and a loving husband to Cassandra Jean.

The couple welcomed their second child in LA last month. According to TMZ, baby Bowen Amell, their son, joins his sister, Maverick Alexandra Jean Amell, born in 2013.

Sources speculate that their son's birth was via a surrogate as Jean did not have a baby bump during her public appearance in April, a few weeks after Bowen's delivery.

Currently, the couple is keeping details of their son very private. This was unlike Maverick's birth, where a few minutes after her arrival, a post was shared welcoming and announcing the tiny human.

WHEN DID STEPHEN AMELL AND CASANDRA JEAN GET MARRIED?

In May 2013, it was reported that the actor wedded his second bride for the second time in New Orleans, with family and friends in attendance. Their first nuptials was in 2012, during a trip to the Caribbean.

The following month, they revealed that they were expecting their daughter, and before the year wrapped up, they welcomed baby Maverick.

In 2018, a mischievous social media account reported that there was trouble in paradise and that the Hollywood power couple was on the brink of a breakup.

These two have emerged triumphant in their marriage by working together to build a loving home. In 2019, Amell walked away from the "Arrow" series to focus on his family life.

Everything appeared fine for the perfect couple, and nobody had a cause to doubt their love until last year when numerous outlets alleged that the actor was "forcibly removed" from a Delta flight that transported him and his wife.

Jean refused to comment on the situation, but her husband took to the internet to clarify the news. In his words:

"My wife and I got into an argument Monday afternoon on a Delta flight from Austin to LA. I was asked to lower my voice and I did. Approximately 10 minutes later I was asked to leave the flight. And I did so immediately. I was not forcibly removed."

The pair had been working on a short film and were on their way to promote it when the incident happened. Amell later booked another flight. So far, there has been no controversial news about the couple.

Jean is the woman after the "Arrow" star's heart. But she is more than a wife and mother. She is also an accomplished actress with acting experience of over ten years.

She is also a former model who competed in 2005's "America's Next Top Model." Jean left the pageant because the judges asked her to trim her hair lower after she had bleached it and cut it.

Indeed, Jean has a mind of her own and chooses not to be intimidated or conform to people's expectations. The actress has talked about her preference for high fives instead of hugs. In 2018, she implemented a fundraising project with a design that read "High-Fives Only."
