WHY DID WAYNE KNIGHT DECIDE TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Wayne was depicted as a chubby man for the majority of his career. He also revealed that he weighed 327 pounds at his heaviest during the production of "Jurassic Park."

The 66-year-old actor used to be obsessed with food. He was also overweight when playing his former character on "Seinfeld." He even noticed himself catching his breath while filming an episode.

HOW DID WAYNE KNIGHT LOSE WEIGHT?

With a health risk looming, Knight decided to lose weight the old-fashioned way: exercise more and eat less. He didn't want to go for surgery because it was too frightening and dangerous.

In 2014, Knight was the target of an internet rumor that claimed he had passed away.

To keep up with his body improvement, he sought the help of fitness expert Marc Vahanian. Knight joined a support group and even subscribed to a gourmet delivery service.
