Fans who knew Kaitlin Olson when she starred in "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" claim that the actress had undergone cosmetic surgery. However, the star had surgeries for a different reason. Here's all you need to know about Kaitlin Olson's plastic surgery and the rumors.
Kaitlin Olson is best known for her role as Deandra "Sweet Dee" Reynolds in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," an FX breakout sitcom that started airing in 2005 and is currently one of the longest-running sitcoms on the air.
She plays a third-rate grifter on the bitingly hilarious modern classic, is a waitress at a pub, Dennis's twin sister, and was given the nickname "The Aluminum Monster."

While her character on the show has mastered the skillful art of being both loathsomely conniving and defiantly pitiful, Olson is nothing like Sweet Dee in reality, as she is said to be nice to a fault.
Despite her good nature, in reality, the once delightful Sweet Dee on the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" show also guest-starred on "Miss Match." However, she is not as sweet when responding to trolls who spread nasty rumors about her.
KAITLIN OLSON'S PLASTIC SURGERY RUMORS: WHAT DID THE ACTRESS SAY ABOUT IT?
Olson has been known to rise above online trolling. While talking about keeping up with social media fans on the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" panel in 2016, Olson said:
"I don't get really any negative response on Twitter. I will not do IMDb. There was a whole thread of whether I did or did not have a boob job."
She revealed that after having had two babies over three years, she agrees with the trolls that she has had a boob job. However, because she laughed and quickly brushed it off, fans are unsure if she was telling the truth or making a joke.
There are also rumors that she had facial surgery as fans took to the social news aggregation site Reddit to speculate. Some fans argued that the surgery made her look great.
Others insisted that because she had work done, she was no longer as funny as they wanted her to be. Despite the constant rumors and arguments about her facial surgery, Olson never responded to them.
KAITLIN OLSON HAD TO GO THROUGH MULTIPLE RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERIES AS A KID AFTER AN ACCIDENT SHE SUFFERED
While in the sixth grade, Olson, 12, had an accident when she fell off her bicycle, puncturing a hole in her head, just like her character, Sweet Dee, who fell headfirst into a wall of a skating rink.
As the scar on her head healed, Olson's hair grew back, but as of 2017, she said she still has a hole in her head the size of a quarter.
Though she did not lose her teeth, the accident shoved some teeth towards the back of her mouth. The doctors in the emergency room had to pull it out.
For five years after the accident, scar tissue was on her top lip, and she needed surgery. In retrospect, Olson, who's married to Rob McElhenney, revealed that it was probably the greatest thing that ever happened to her.
