AN EMERGENCY

February 20, 2022, was the day Suárez turned 57, and nature surprised him with an unfortunate incident. That night, strong winds blew away his ranch hut's roof, causing rain to pour inside directly.

With no roof over his head, Suárez stood with his six grandchildren while it rained heavily that night. After the police learned about Suárez's heartwrenching situation, a few officers, who often came to him to clean their shoes, showed solidarity with the selfless grandfather. A policeman said:

"It comes from my heart. I am a father too, and I see Alfredito every day struggling to make ends meet at home, where he is in charge of six children."
