In 2018, one fan tweeted in disbelief that Fox had the most stunning face, and she got plastic surgery. In 2019, another fan was sad that she did. However, in 2021, a fan said:

"The internet is really angry that I don't think Megan Fox and her enormous amount of plastic surgery is hot, and that's okay. lol"

Also, in 2021, a fan who watched Fox's "Till Death" loved the movie but not her plastic surgery, while another said she ruined her whole vibe with her new face.

WHAT DID EXPERTS SAY ABOUT HER FACE

As she changed considerably, Fox's looks started getting scrutiny in the early 2010s. People began to wonder if she had gone under the knife.

In 2021 actress was spotted at night as she was reportedly hiding her new plumped lips. She had just visited The Diamond Face Institute, which houses the celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Jason B. Diamond.

The actress tried keeping a low profile as she dressed down in a baseball cap, sweats, and hoodie. As she was leaving the office of the double board-certified plastic surgeon, she used her hand to cover her face while getting into her car.

In 2010, she denied getting lip injections when asked in an interview. She said:

"I will say for people who question the authenticity of my lips; you can clearly see that my lips are my lips."

By December 2019, fans noticed that her cheeks and lips looked fuller. According to New York-based cosmetic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman, Fox's nose has changed.

She once had a wider nose with a noticeable cleft on her nasal tip, and in recent photos, her nose is more refined, narrow, and has a smoother nasal tip.

According to many surgeons, she has used Botox and fillers to smooth her forehead, plump her lips, and improve her cheeks for a fuller appearance. Dr. Schulman said:

"Her lips are more full and her cheekbones are higher. Likely the result of Restylane or Juvaderm."

WHAT DID SHE SAY

With the constant allegations about her lips, Fox showed off a 2002 picture where she was at the Morningside Academy, Florida, and she was 15. Her lips looked full in the picture, and she said:

"What was I, 15 there? I look like I'm attempting to pull off a Carmen Electra look. [...] I don't know. I did a pretty good makeup job there for a 15-year-old."

Even though she never confirmed nor denied having anything done to her face, she seemingly denied doing anything to enhance her lips as she showed her teen photo.

However, Fox has never had anything against plastic surgeries. Even though she claimed she has never gotten Botox, any other kind of surgical facial enhancements, or cheek augmentations, she said:

"I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from.

Fox believes that most times, a person desiring changes to their face does not have that desire because it is related to their teeth, nose, and chin. She also assured them the surgery they get would not alleviate their insecurities about their looks.

However, if they feel it is something they want to do, they should do it. Fox further stated that she was amazed that there was the technology to do what people wanted.

Since the actress rose to stardom in 2004 when she played the role of Carla Santini in "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen," she has been vocal about her body image issues.

In 2009, Fox revealed in an interview that she was insecure about everything. She said:

"I see what I look like, but there are things that I like and things that I dislike. My hair is good. The color of my eyes is good, obviously. I'm too short. But overall, I'm not super excited about the whole thing."

She revealed further that she never thought she was worthy of anything. Fox stated that she had a sick feeling that people were mocking her all the time, leading to a lot of self-loathing.

After she starred as Jennifer Check in "Jennifer's Body" in 2009, Fox experienced a psychological breakdown because she was afraid of being hypersexualized, and when she spoke up, no one listened.

Thankfully, with the birth of her kids with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, the actress began to gain some confidence as she felt better about herself.

Fox revealed in an interview that it took getting pregnant for a shift in her consciousness to occur as she had her first real breakthrough, and her mind opened up.

For the first time, the actress could see from a bird's-eye view and appreciated herself even more. By the time her third child arrived, she could feel that having children had always been the doorway to a better version of herself.
