Danielle Busby Slammed for Girls' 'Not Appropriate' Toys Weeks after Being Accused of Child Endangerment
Danielle Busby has been attacked several times on social media for doing things that fans felt were inappropriate for her six children. Two incidences caused her to be slammed only weeks apart; one included the toys her daughters used for playing laser tag.
TLC UK's July 7, 2021, YouTube channel special revealed how Adam and Danielle Busby became parents of quintuplets. The special shared that before the duo welcomed their quintuplets, their chances of having twins were one in 82.
The possibility of them having quintuplets was one in 41 000 000. At the same time, the chance that the reality stars would have children of the same sex was even lower as it had only happened twice.
Despite all the possibilities, the Busbys made history when they welcomed quintuplet daughters! Danielle was 19 when she met 20-year-old Adam at Target, where they both worked after starting at the same time.
Adam felt his future wife had a "different look about her" and started dating after a few months. The couple stayed together for three years before getting married and traveling the world.
The pair wanted to become parents but struggled to conceive for two years. The Busbys ended up trying Intrauterine insemination (IUI), and years later, in 2011, Danielle and Adama welcomed a daughter and their first child, Blayke.
Soon enough, the couple wanted a sibling for their daughter and started their medical procedure again, and two months later, they'd conceived. The two stars were surprised to discover they were expecting five girls!
The story about being parents to quintuplets and one daughter led them to have a show on TLC called "OutDaughtered," which began airing in May 2016. The show's season 8 finale aired in May 2021.
A
for over a year since, and fans were worried if season 9 was being created or if that was it for the Busbys. However, anything was possible because the network had a habit of announcing upcoming seasons before they started.
One of the reasons why Danielle and her husband might choose to step back from the show was that the couple could want more privacy for their children as they age. Also, Danielle was struggling with ongoing health issues highlighted in 2021's season.
No news has been revealed about the future for the next season of "OutDaughtered." Luckily, the famous couple still had their active presence on YouTube and Instagram, so if the show ended, fans would still get updates about the Busby's lives.
THE CRITICISM ADAM AND DANIELLE HAVE FACED OVER HOW THEY NEGLECT THEIR CHILDREN
Danielle and Adam were known for how great they were as parents to their six children. The oldest Busby child, Blayke, was 11 years old in 2022, and in a June 2019 blog post, it was revealed that she loved being a "big sister to five sisters."
One of the quintuplets was Ava, who loved the grocery store, and each day she sang "Rewrite the Stars" at home. In July 2019, Danielle wrote on the family's blog that her second quintuplet, Olivia, was the "goofy" one in the brood.
Hazel had eye surgery, and in a September 2020 Instagram photo with her mother, Danielle described the little girl as "still as cute as ever." Her sister, Riley, was the "wild and adventurous one" of the group.
In January 2021, it was revealed that the little girl stapled the back of her head after dancing on a wet bathroom floor. Last but not least was Parker, whose parents called PK with the inclusion of her middle name, Kate.
In November 2020, Danielle revealed on social media that she had an undiagnosed mystery illness. The following March, she spoke to Entertainment Tonight, sharing how she struggled to diagnose the condition with many symptoms but thought it might be an autoimmune disease.
Adam was carrying the load when it came to their children, so his wife could relax and deal with her illness. Even though Danielle wasn't well, the couple still prioritized their children's well-being.
Ahead of the quintuplets' seventh birthday on April 8, 2022, TLC gifted them with a large mat piano. Adam shared a short social media video of the girls running, thumping, and playing on the new toy, but a different song overshadowed the sounds they were making.
In the caption, Danielle's husband told fans they didn't want to hear what he was hearing, and his daughters looked like they were enjoying themselves. When some fans joked that the network hated the couple for gifting them the noisy toy, Adam said:
"It has a volume knob. They have fun with it."

Even though the children were making a noise, the Busbys still put their enjoyment and pleasure before themselves, showing how good they were at parenting. In July 2022, Danielle shared an Instagram post of her, her children, and friends on a boat.
Some fans thought she was putting her children at risk so she could promote products - her daughter's swimsuits. What got fans riled up was that the children weren't wearing any life jackets, with one Reddit user writing:
"OMG, that has to be child endangerment!"
In the past, Adam had fought back against haters whenever they attacked him or his wife. However, this time he didn't say anything or possibly missed the criticism from the trolls.
DIVIDED OPINIONS ON THE TOYS DANIELLE AND ADAM ALLOWED THEIR CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH
In August 2022, a few weeks after the boating post, Danielle shared several images of her children playing laser tag with toy guns. The reality star said the experience, which included 11 girls, was "hilarious."
A Danielle and Adam [Busby] fan also thought it was great that the children were playing outside and being active instead of using a video game indoors for hours.
