Movie star Johnny Depp is picking up the pieces following a debacle involving his former wife, Amber Heard. Depp has fallen in love again and managed to land a gig after losing his major acting roles in two franchises.
Actor Johnny Depp is winning in the love department only a few months after winning his defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. At first, Depp was linked to another lawyer representing him in the case against Heard.

Amid the defamation trial, there were speculations that he was dating one of the attorneys representing him, Camille Vasquez. But Vasquez later slammed the "sexist" rumors about her relations with the Golden Globe Award winner during an interview with People:
"It's an unethical charge being made. It's unfortunate and it's disappointing. I can't say I was all that surprised."

In a turn of events, Per Us Weekly, Depp has been romantically linked to another lawyer, Joelle Rich, who previously represented him in his UK libel lawsuit against the country's newspaper, The Sun.
A source revealed to the publication that things seem "serious" between the pair, who developed a strong connection:
"Their chemistry is off the charts. It's serious between them. They are the real deal."

Although Rich previously worked on her lover's legal case, she was not part of the legal team who represented the Hollywood star in his defamation trial. However, she was present in the Virginia courtroom in "support" of Depp.
The source further revealed that Rich and Depp met up in hotels "discreetly" during the early stages of their newfound romance.
Per Page Six, while no one paid attention then, Rich and Depp have been hiding their relationship in plain sight for months. She was photographed in Virginia attending the hearings at the Fairfax County Courthouse almost daily.

Rich arrived with her boyfriend during the proceedings and sat directly behind him in the first row. One photo displayed her holding her phone during the proceedings, and another showed her smiling at Depp while leaving the courtroom. Moreover, she waved at his fans at the end of the day, left the premises with him, and even drove away together.
Both Rich and the Academy Award nominee are successful in their careers. Notably, Rich can boast about anything in her resume.
Rich Is a Lawyer & Partner at Her Law Firm
Per Page Six, Rich is a London-based attorney and partner at her law firm, Schillings. According to the company profile, she is the best in her field and has vast experience:
"She has a wealth of expertise in libel, privacy and copyright disputes, having been part of the team which won a major privacy and copyright case in the public eye, and having also led on a recent high-profile claim."

Rich completed her tertiary education in the United Kingdom. She studied law at the University of Birmingham from 2003 to 2006. Per her LinkedIn page, the litigator furthered her studies at BPP Law School.
At age 37, Rich is 22 years younger than her rumored boyfriend, who is 59. When she met Depp, she was married but is now going through a divorce. Rich and her estranged spouse have two children together.
While Depp embraces another chance at love, he is also working on getting his life back together following his suit against Heard.
Depp Gets His Life Back on Track Following Heard Fiasco
NBC News reported in June 2022 that "The Tourist" star had become victorious in the suit against Heard after the jury discovered she had defamed him by alleging that he had abused her throughout their relationship.
Depp sued the actress for $50 million in damages over an opinion-editorial essay she wrote in 2018 for the Washington Post – wherein she said she had become a "public figure representing domestic abuse."
Though the "Aquaman" star omitted Depp's name in the essay, his attorneys argued that it indirectly referred to accusations she made against him during their 2016 divorce.
Subsequently, the jury unanimously found that Heard could not back up her allegations against the Kentucky native, adding she knew that her claims were false when she penned the essay in 2018.
Following the triumphant verdict, Depp shared a statement on his Instagram account. He said the allegations against him that mainstream media had covered were detrimental to his personal life and career. Although he had not been formally charged, the news had already spread worldwide.
Depp said that despite that unfortunate experience, he has his life back thanks to the jury, adding he was "truly humbled" by the outcome of his case:
"Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me. I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that."
Via the New York Times, when the news of abuse accusations surfaced, Depp lost a $22.5 million deal to star in the sixth installment of "Pirates of the Caribbean."
In November 2020, BBC reported that the BAFTA Award nominee also left the "Fantastic Beasts" film franchise. He wrote a letter to fans revealing that he was requested to "resign" from his role as Gellert Grindelwald and willingly obliged.
After that, Warner Bros film studio confirmed the leading actor's departure and disclosed that his role would be recast while thanking him for his marvelous job in the previous stints.
Now that all that is behind him, life seems to be heading in the right direction for Depp. He gradually returned to the big screen after bagging his first significant role after winning the case.
According to Variety, the musician will play the controversial King Louis XV in the historical romance drama "Jeanne du Barry." The upcoming biographical film reportedly began production end of July 2022 in Paris (after the trial ended in June).
While everything seems to come together, Depp is living his best life. Per The Hollywood Reporter, he surprised fans with a performance at a Jeff Beck concert in May 2022. The show took place in Sheffield, England and the Hollywood Vampires rocker graced the stage with his guitar alongside Beck.
