Alaina Mathers Has 2 Siblings Though Is Her Mom's Only Child - Meet Eminem's Daughter

Eminem's daughter, Alaina Mathers, shares a close relationship with the artist. Although she was adopted, he treated her like his own and raised Alaina when her biological mother was spiraling out of control.

Heartbreak was a feeling all too familiar for Alaina Mathers after her mother passed away in 2016. She was the only child of Dawn Scott and the niece of Eminem.

During her darkest times, Eminem, born Marshall Mathers, took Alaina in and eventually adopted her. Now grown up, Alaina has found her footing in the world and the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with.

Alaina Advocates for Body Positivity

Alaina is the daughter of Eminem's sister-in-law, Dawn, who unfortunately died of an apparent overdose at 41. Although the rapper divorced Dawn's sister, his wife Kim Scott, he continued to love and care for his niece, Alaina.

According to her Instagram page, Alaina is a mental health and body positivity advocate. She is also fond of traveling and documents most of her adventures on social media, such as her 29th birthday celebration in February 2022.

As seen on her Instagram, Alaina enjoyed a sparkling and glittering-themed birthday party where she donned a white and gold ensemble. She also shared photos with her partner and their two dogs.

Besides her account, Alaina manages Lanes Book Club, an avenue for her to recommend and share the literature of her interest, including the novels "Wrong Place Wrong Time" and "It Starts With Us," among others.

It appears that Alaina grew up to be a great woman, thanks to Eminem's support and guidance. The duo shares a great relationship, evident at the Super Bowl 2022. During the event, Alaina and her sister supported their father as he took the stage for the halftime show.

Included in the lineup were performances by Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg.

Alaina Found the Love of Her Life

Besides her father, Alaina holds a special place in her heart for another man. After seven years together, Matt Moeller officially became Alaina's fiancé in December 2021.

As she has shared their relationship on social media over the past few years, Alaina did not hold back on announcing their engagement through the same platform. Alongside photos of the proposal, she wrote, "Yes a hundred times over."

Although they have yet to walk down the aisle, Alaina and Moeller have lived under the same roof since 2016. Through the years, they have faced several challenges, heartache, laughter, and special moments that made them want to cement their relationship through marriage.

Alaina Has Two Siblings

Born on December 25, 1995, Alaina's sister, Hailie Jade Scott, is Eminem's only biological daughter. He paid tribute to Hailie through several songs and credited her for being his wake-up call. The "Rap God" artist once said that Hailie motivated his success. According to People, he said:

"Everything that I am doing right now is for Hailie. The money, it's for her college."

Hailie definitely did not disappoint and graduated from Michigan State College with a 3.9 GPA in psychology. Like Alaina, she has a great relationship with their dad, with whom she has fond memories.

Alaina's other sister is Stevie Laine Scott, born on April 16, 2002. Stevie was the product of Eminem's ex-wife, Kim, and her then-boyfriend, Eric Hartter's relationship. Like Alaina, the rapper adopted Stevie in 2005 and raised her like his own.

Although Eminem's children are all close to each other, he did not have the same experience growing up. He was never close to his sister, Sarah Mathers, nor her brother or father. Sarah even claimed she only knew the artist was her brother during a family event when she saw him on television.

Sarah once attempted to meet Eminem backstage at a show, but he refused her presence. Sarah never tried to befriend or get to know her brother until after his fame.
