Caught by Surprise on 73rd Birthday, Luke Bryan's Mom Emotionally Falls in Grandkids' Arms

Any gift, even the most expensive, can't hold a candle to the pleasure of an unexpected visit from family. Country singer Luke Bryan's mother's reaction in an emotional video on her 73rd birthday proved this.

The country sensation Luke Bryan has a famously endearing relationship with his mother, LeClaire Bryan. She has been featured in many of his Instagram posts, and they regularly entertain fans with their shenanigans and pranks.

However, for her 73rd birthday, LeClaire thought she would be spending the day all on her own, without any family to keep her company. Unbeknownst to her, Luke and the rest of his family had a wholesome plan brewing to see her on her special day.

As far as LeClair knew, her son and his family were back at their house, unable to make it to her place to celebrate her birthday with her. Meanwhile, Luke, his two sons, and his wife decided to jump in their car and surprise her. When they were a block away from her house, the family announced in a video:

"She has no clue that we're here ... She's gonna die. She is going to flip."

The family stopped in front of her house unannounced and called her. When the birthday girl stepped outside, she almost couldn't hold back tears. LeClaire received her grandkids with hugs and affectionate kisses.

Luke and his wife, Carolyn Boyer, stood by, filming the whole thing while LeClaire couldn't stop hugging her grandkids from happiness. The country star could be heard off camera saying with a big smile and a laugh:

"We got you, didn't we?"

While Luke's youngest, Tatum Christopher Bryan, held his grandma, his older brother, Thomas Boyer Bryan, stood with his arm around LeClaire's shoulder and a big grin spread across his face. It was evident that Leclaire's day just got exponentially better.

The family ended up staying for a while and ensured she had a lovely time filled with love and myriad activities. Carolyn became the photographer for the time they were there, filming memorable moments and sweet reactions. She shared them all on her Instagram and captioned the post:

"Happy birthday to this psychopath. We love you @leclaire.bryan Thank you for loving my crazy ass too. ❤️ you keep us entertained every single day!!!! Happy birthday MIL!!!"

LeClaire is fairly famous in her own right. Over the years, fans have grown to love Luke's quirky, playful mom, and she has amassed a considerable following on Instagram. It is no surprise then that she publicly thanked her family through an Instagram post. She captioned it:

"When this crew comes they leave stuff. Makes me miss them so much. They ain't right."

The photo showed a shirt with a cartoon pig's face wearing sunglasses printed on the front and two pairs of actual sunglasses lying next to each other. It seems Luke and his family's forgetfulness only served to make their grandma nostalgic before they've even properly left.
