One fan wondered whether she was having health problems but was glad to see two classic characters again.

Many fans realized that the change in appearance was most likely due to what one commenter referred to as "Bad cosmetic surgery." Another person mentioned that she "looked better before" and speculated that the results were due to "filler." One fan wrote:
