Paris Explains "Weird" Neck Appearance After Undergoing Throat Ultrasound
Questions began after photos reported from TMZ surfaced showing Paris touching her neck during an outing in Los Angeles, drawing attention to the prominent muscles around her throat.
At the time, Paris did not publicly explain the changes, which led to growing online curiosity.

Days later, she addressed the situation in an Instagram Story while undergoing an ultrasound on her throat.
In a later Instagram Story via Access, Paris said her neck had been feeling "weird," prompting her to get it examined. She also revealed that she had recently undergone blood work in addition to the ultrasound. The results, however, turned out to be relatively minor.

Paris said her thyroid and lymph nodes were both normal, with doctors only noticing mild irritation involving her vocal cords. "The slightest amount of redness on my vocal cords, but there's no calluses," she explained.
She then revealed the reason her neck appears more pronounced.
"The reason my neck looks as weird as it does is just because I have exercised those muscles from singing for so long, and that just happens with singers. It's just more obvious in me because I am skinny," she said.
The health update follows Paris's candid November 2025 revelation that she has been living with another condition linked to past drug use — and why she refuses to undergo surgery despite the condition.

"I have actually never addressed this. I have what is called a perforated septum," Paris revealed in a recent video.
A nasal septal perforation is a medical condition marked by an abnormal opening or hole in the nasal septum — the cartilage and bone that separates the two nostrils. This kind of damage typically results from trauma, surgery, infection, or prolonged use of certain nasal medications.
Support Pours in After Paris's Honest Confession
Though the model, actress, and singer had previously stayed silent about the condition, fans quickly flooded social media with messages of love and support after her disclosure.
"You are beautiful, stay strong and keep your head high and don't let anyone else bring you down!" one fan wrote. "It shows strength to be so honest about a topic so personal," another supporter added. "Keeping moving forward," a third agreed. "She is the realist and rawest. Respect to Paris Jackson," a fourth fan praised.
In the video, Paris didn't dance around the cause of her condition. She addressed the speculation head-on, confirming that the hole in her nose is, in fact, from what people have assumed. "Don't do drugs, kids," she said during the recording.
Paris also shared that she has chosen not to pursue surgery to repair the hole, and her reason is tied to her sobriety. Now six years sober, she explained that undergoing surgery would mean taking medication she'd rather avoid. "I've been living with this since I was about 20," she said.
A Shining Star in Recovery
Paris spoke further about her sobriety journey during the 35th annual Friendly House Awards Luncheon, where she received the Shining Star Award for her work with the organization.
Friendly House is a rehabilitation program for women healing from trauma. It offers a sober living house, meetings, and support groups for those navigating substance abuse recovery.
"I didn't just get my life back. I got a better one," she said. "I say it's funny, I feel like getting sober was kind of like getting into a car accident because everything I shoved in the back seat moved forward on impact and today I'm learning to navigate life on life's terms."
Inspired by her own experience, Paris Jackson said she now dedicates time and energy to supporting programs, foundations, and organizations that strive to help other women find healing and sobriety — just as she did.

From recent concerns about her neck and vocal health to her candid admission about living with a perforated septum tied to past drug use, Paris has faced a series of deeply personal struggles. But beyond her health issues, the singer now finds herself caught in an increasingly bitter battle over Michael Jackson's estimated $2 billion estate.

A Billion-Dollar Fortune – and a Brewing War
But behind the billions lies a web of accusations, denials, and simmering family tensions that threaten to tear apart Michael's legacy. At the heart of it all: explosive claims that those entrusted with managing the estate may have betrayed that trust in shocking ways.
Paris has formally challenged how the estate is being run, filing concerns in a Los Angeles probate court. Her legal team, led by attorney Craig Peters, alleges that co-executors John Branca and John McClain made questionable financial decisions — including failing to invest large sums of money and awarding themselves what she described as "lavish" fees.

The accusations strike at the very core of the estate's management — suggesting not just missteps, but potential excess. Branca and McClain, however, have come out swinging. In court documents, they dismissed the claims as "headline-grabbing, yet false," insisting the allegations ignore years of court-approved decisions and carefully executed agreements.
They maintain that every move they've made has been entirely within the bounds of their responsibilities. The dispute unfolds against the backdrop of a financial transformation that is nothing short of extraordinary.

When Michael died in 2009, his estate was reportedly buried under more than 500 million dollars in debt. Today, it has ballooned into a powerhouse worth over two billion dollars — a turnaround often hailed as one of the most remarkable in entertainment history. But now, that very success is being scrutinized. A court referee has already weighed in — and not in Paris' favor.

The ruling found that many of her claims were legally improper, granting an Anti-SLAPP motion in favor of the estate. The decision stated she could not show "a probability of success" in her arguments. In a stinging blow, Paris was also ordered to cover the executor's legal fees — though the final amount remains unclear.

Family Fault Lines Erupt Behind Closed Doors
What began as a legal battle has spilled into deeply personal territory — exposing fractures within the Jackson family itself. Tensions reportedly reached a boiling point during a private screening of the upcoming Michael's biopic in Los Angeles.
More than 60 family members gathered for the event, but what should have been a moment of unity quickly turned into a charged and emotional confrontation. According to sources, Janet Jackson voiced strong criticism of the film, catching some relatives off guard. Her stance reportedly aligns with Paris, signaling clear divisions within the family. Then came the confrontation.

Jermaine Jackson allegedly challenged Janet directly during the gathering — a moment that underscored the growing rift over how Michael's legacy should be preserved and portrayed. The dispute doesn't stop at finances — it stretches into the very storytelling of Michael's life.
Executors have defended their spending on the biopic, arguing it reflects industry standards and their long-standing expertise in managing major entertainment projects. They point to billions in revenue generated under their leadership, including at least $65 million already distributed to Paris herself.

They also highlighted past successes like "This Is It" and "MJ The Musical" as proof of their track record. But Paris's concerns suggest that not everyone is convinced the legacy is being handled with care.
Old Wounds, New Allegations
This isn't the first time Paris has raised red flags. Back in March 2018, she and her siblings questioned attorney fees — specifically demanding that no "bonus" payments be made to lawyers already billing hourly rates.

Now, those concerns have intensified. In her latest filings, Paris alleged that outside lawyers received what she called "lavish gratuities," totaling around $ 600,000, a figure that added fuel to an already explosive situation.
Those close to the estate have fiercely pushed back. "These are the same people who rescued Michael's name and made sure his kids were financially secure for life," one associate said. "For her to turn on them now is shocking."

Public records reveal that Paris has received more than 65 million dollars from the estate — a sum that has helped fund several multimillion-dollar homes in California. Meanwhile, her brothers, Prince, 28, and Bigi, 23, have largely stayed silent, choosing not to publicly weigh in on the escalating dispute.

But silence does not equal peace. The legal battle has only deepened the emotional undercurrents within the family — tensions that continue to simmer beneath the surface.
Online, reactions have poured in — many rallying behind Paris as she challenges the powerful estate machinery.
"Yes girl! Make your Dad proud," one commenter wrote. "She should not have to fight for what is hers," another added. "Hope she wins!" a third said. Yet even as supporters cheer her on, the situation remains painfully complex — a mix of loyalty, grief, money, and legacy.

For now, Paris appears to be putting the health concerns behind her, though her increasingly candid comments about addiction, recovery, and the growing tensions surrounding Michael's estate continue to reveal new layers of her personal struggles.
