Marlo Thomas stepped out to support Brooke Shields at the screening of her documentary and looked gorgeous in a black dress. Despite her age, Marlo Thomas still works out to take care of her physical health and revealed she rises above negative comments online to protect her mental health.

In a recent Instagram post, Thomas was glowing as she snuggled up to Shields at the premiere of her documentary, "Pretty Baby." Thomas attended the event in support of her friend in a long-sleeved black dress with a v-neckline and a belt, and fans took to the comments section to praise the actress on her timeless beauty.

"Yes, Brooke is amazing, but you, Marlo Thomas, are definitely a queen," one fan wrote, and another shared, "Two charming beauties." A third commented, "You both look fabulous! It's great seeing you ladies," and a fourth fan shared the same sentiment as they typed, "You gals are fabulous (sic)."

Marlo turns 86 this year and has shown no signs of slowing down. To stay in shape, the American actress shared that she enjoys going for runs in the park and lifting weights to keep her bones strong. The "That Girl" star also eats healthily, incorporating as much fruit and vegetables with vibrant colors in her diet as possible.

Thomas also ensures she eats her protein, which keeps her satisfied and her metabolism working. For a snack, she opts for a piece of fruit, walnuts, or a granola bar for calorie control. Thomas also noted, "Don't forget to laugh." As the daughter of a comedian, Thomas grew up laughing, and not only did it help the actress align her perspective, but it also made life much more fun.

And while the accusations were untrue, Thomas expressed her opinion that people should be allowed to do with their bodies as they please without judgment. "If somebody wants to wear a bikini and they look awful in it — that's their choice," she said.

Marlo Thomas revealed she's never been one to judge, as she knows what it's like to be judged. She was 42 when she tied the knot for the first time and received "a lot of heat." However, although she married later on in life, she had friends who were in their second marriages by then, but she never "put them down" for it.
