Helen Hunt was a picture of natural beauty in a recent Instagram post, and fans took to the comments section to thank the actress for looking "real" as she has aged. Hunt has spent many years as a beloved actress and resumed acting after disappearing from the spotlight.

In a recent Instagram post, Hunt was all dolled up as she posed for a selfie on her way to the season two premiere of the Starz series, "Blindspotting." The actress opted for light makeup and curly hair, which she humorously revealed was mostly hers. In the comments section, fans commended Hunt for aging naturally and looking fantastic while she did it.

The 59-year-old actress has not only aged gracefully, but she has also managed to stay in great shape. In 2020, Hunt took advantage of the reopened beaches in Malibu following the COVID-19 lockdown and flaunted her in-shape physique when she was spotted dawning a black bikini as she caught a few waves.

The "Mad About You" star also had her toned abs on display as she enjoyed bodyboarding with a friend. During an interview, Hunt shared that she keeps fit by staying active. "As a general rule, I tend to move. I don't go to a gym ever. I don't diet ever. I used to diet, but sometime after the eighties, it made me miserable, but I do like to walk, run, and I do like to surf when I can just to warm it up, and I do enjoy doing yoga when I can get there," she said.

After revealing that she was miserable while dieting, Hunt shared that she decided to give up on having "the perfect body" if it meant she wouldn't have to diet anymore. And ironically, after she stopped dieting, Hunt's body started looking more like she had hopped.

After a successful career in film, Hunt took a hiatus from acting to start a family. And while she revealed that her time away from the camera didn't do her any favors landing roles when she resumed acting, being a parent was a priority for the actress. Helen Hunt has since shown no signs of slowing down in her professional life and recently starred in the Netflix thriller, "I See You."
