This led to fluid buildup in his lungs due to Fishel's breast milk, prompting them to switch to a special formula that doesn't rely on Adler's lymphatic system.

The experience was a traumatic one for the new parents, who were not prepared for any complications. "That was obviously devastating for us. It was traumatizing," the devoted mom recalled.

However, Adler's health eventually improved, and he grew up to be a healthy boy. He even adapted to his role as a big brother with ease, as evidenced on the actress' Instagram.

Two years later, on August 29, 2021, the actress proudly shared the birth of their second son, Keaton Joseph. Their first-born son fit into the big brother role perfectly, and Fishel couldn't be happier.
