Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller divorced in 2011. The two have 14-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max. Mueller was Sheen's third wife. The actor's second wife was Denise Richards, and his first wife was Donna Peele.
Sheen and Richards have two daughters together, Sami, 19, and Lola, 18. The actor is also a father to daughter Cassandra, whom he shares with his high school girlfriend, Paula Profit. Sheen was spotted with one of his twin sons on a recent outing.

"The Platoon" actor was spotted bonding with his twin son, Bob or Max. Father and son spent time together at a surf shop and subway. The actor wore tan shorts, a black graphic T-shirt, and an unzipped hoodie. He completed the casual look with a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Sheen's son was also dressed casually. He was in a red shirt, patterned shorts, and blue sneakers. Father and son were photographed engaging in a conversation, with the boy smiling as his father walked with his hands in the pockets of his shorts.
Sheen and Mueller welcomed their twin sons in March 2009, less than a year after their wedding. The pair then separated even before their kids turned one after Sheen was arrested for assaulting the actress on Christmas Day. Mueller filed for divorce in 2010, and the divorce was finalized in 2011.
The ex-couple now co-parent their kids together. On March 2023, Sheen was also spotted with his twin sons on a rare public outing. The movie star spent an afternoon with Bob and Max in Malibu.
On this outing, Sheen wore a black hoodie, blue sweatpants, and blue sneakers styled with his signature black baseball cap and dark sunglasses. One of the twins was in dark gray sweatpants and a light gray Bob Marley graphic T-shirt styled with orange sneakers, black sunglasses, and a navy-blue sweatshirt tied around his waist.
The movie star pointed out that he had gone public with his HIV diagnosis to help dispel the stigma around it. HIV still has no cure, and Sheen said he uses antiviral drugs to manage it.
The teen in a Bob Marley graphic T-shirt walked beside his dad as he snacked on a bag of chips while his brother was slightly hidden behind Sheen, in the pictures taken in a parking lot.
Sheen and Mueller went through a court battle before they could agree on the actor's child support payments. The actor later opened up about Mueller when the actress went to rehab and why he would protect her kids from her.
What Did Charlie Sheen Say about the Mom of His Twins?
After Sheen and Mueller divorced, the two agreed that the actor would be paying $55,000 per month in child support for their twin sons. At this time, Sheen was also paying $20,000 in child support to Richards for their two daughters.
Sheen went back to court after his and Mueller's divorce was finalized. The actor was seeking to slash the child support payments to Mueller. He noted that he hadn't been able to find steady employment because he had been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry.

The 57-year-old said that his earnings had been reduced due to this predicament. He added that he was millions of dollars in debt and had less than $10 million to his name. Sheen said he owed the IRS $5 million and had his lawyers, pool, and gardening services, and a mortgage to pay.
This wasn't the first time Sheen had reduced child support. In 2016, he filed paperwork that saw the reduction of the child support he paid to Richards from $55,000 to $20,000. Eventually, Sheen and Mueller agreed on the child support he would be paying, but it wasn't publicized.
Mueller has also had a fair share of issues when it comes to the ex-couples children. In 2019, Mueller went to rehab. That wasn't the first time she was in rehab due to drug addiction.

Sheen said his ex-wife was tucked away in rehab for the "umpteen billionth time, seeking the help she needs." He added that their twin boys were being taken care of by him and their two sets of amazing grandparents:
"We continue to seamlessly love shelter and protect Bob and Max, from the haphazard choices and unsightly behavior their mom refuses to extinguish once and for all."
Sheen said their wonderful boys need their mom and that, hopefully, one day, their mother will make the right choices and be there for their kids. "Until then, on every front we got this," he said.

Sheen's parents, Janet Sheen and Martin Sheen, and Mueller's parents, Mora Foire and Allen Mueller, have been involved in the two boys' lives since their birth. Ever since Mueller got out of rehab, she has kept a low profile as it is Sheen who is sometimes seen outdoors with Bob and Max.
What Did Charlie Sheen Say about His Diagnosis?
In 2015, Sheen revealed in an interview that he is HIV positive. "It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life," he added. The actor made the announcement to stop smear campaigns and extortion efforts from people he had trusted with this information.
Sheen said he had been the target of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories. He added that the people he disclosed his diagnosis to revealed it, leading to him parting with over $10 million to keep it a secret. "My trust turned to their treason," he noted.
The father of five said the money these people were taking from him was supposed to go to his kids and that he was now open about his diagnosis to put an end to the payouts. "That's my goal. That's not my only goal. I think I release myself from this prison today," he declared.
Sheen said he was diagnosed with HIV around 2011. He added that he doesn't know how he contracted it but dismissed rumors about needles and drug abuse or engaging in any high-risk behaviors.
He noted that before the diagnosis, he experienced crushing headaches and thought he had a brain tumor. Sheen also said it was impossible for him to transmit the disease to other people. He added that since the diagnosis, he had unprotected sex with two people who were aware of his status and were under the care of his doctor.
The movie star pointed out that he had gone public with his HIV diagnosis to help dispel the stigma around it. HIV still has no cure, and Sheen said he uses antiviral drugs to manage it. He noted that he takes four each day and is keen to ensure the diagnosis doesn't push him into depression or relapse into substance abuse problems.

Today, Sheen seems to live a healthy life by managing his HIV-positive diagnosis using antiviral drugs. He said opening up about the diagnosis lifted a weight off his shoulder, especially after he received lots of support from the public.
