A Star-Studded Family Affair

The star of "The Pitt" kept his inner circle close for his big day. He celebrated alongside Sara and their 10-year-old daughter, Frances Wyle. His grown children from his previous marriage to Tracy Warbin, 20-year-old Auden and 23-year-old Owen, also attended the festivities.

The whole group showed up dressed for the occasion. The honoree wore a light blue suit over a white open-collar shirt with dark leather loafers. Sara complemented him in a navy blue lace midi dress with short sleeves, a collar, and matching pointed-toe heels.

As for their children, Owen went with a tan textured plaid suit over a light button-down shirt and brown dress shoes, while Auden wore a long black dress with a bold red, blue, and green floral print under a denim jacket.

And Little Frances kept it sweet in a short-sleeved light pink tweed dress with white flats.

Fans Can't Stop Talking About the Kids

Once the photos hit social media, the comments section filled up quickly, and one thing netizens kept coming back to was how much the kids look like their dad.

Reactions to Owen in particular were unanimous. "His son is his twin. Congrats Noah!" wrote one commenter, and another added, "Wow his son is the spitting image of him as Carter." The comparison to his old "ER" character was a nice touch.

The younger ones drew attention too. "His kids...wow those are strong genes!" one person wrote, while another commented, "His youngest is a carbon copy of him!!" Safe to say the Wyle family resemblance is not subtle.

That Kiss, Though

But beyond the family portraits, there was one moment between Noah and Sara that got its own wave of reactions, and the comments were split right down the middle.

While posing together, the couple shared a kiss that turned into a dip. Some people loved it. "They are a gorgeous looking couple!" one commenter wrote.

Not everyone was as charmed by the execution, though. "This kiss is very awkward 😂," one person noted, and another got into the specifics: "He could have taken hands of his pockets and held her for the dip [sic]!"

Whether the dip landed or not, it was clearly the moment people remembered. But there were even more memorable things at the season two premiere of "The Pitt" earlier this year. Noah made a public appearance with his family at the Los Angeles event on January 7.

A Polished Family Moment

Photos from the premiere show Auden, Sara, Noah, and Owen posing together against a dark backdrop with bold yellow lettering, signaling the television series' Season 2 launch. The group stood close, smiling toward the cameras, presenting a polished but relaxed presence typical of high-profile industry premieres.

Auden wore a sheer black lace gown with long sleeves and a high slit, styled with an elegant updo. Sara appeared in a sleeveless, fitted gold gown with a subtle metallic sheen and a short, polished hairstyle.

Marking Milestones

Noah has consistently used social media to mark milestones in his children's lives. In November 2024, he celebrated Owen's birthday with the message, "22 years ago you showed up bringing purpose and meaning to my life- revealing how beautiful the world can be. For those gifts and a million more I'm grateful to be your Dad. Happy Birthday, Owen. I love you. Xo."

He shared a literary tribute for Auden's birthday, "'I'll love you, Dear I'll love you- Til China and Africa meet- and the river jumps over the mountain- And the salmon sing in the street."

"I'll love you til the ocean- Is folded up and hung to dry-And the seven stars go squawking- Like geese about the sky- The years shall run like rabbits- For in my arms I hold- The Flower of the Ages- And the first love of the World.' W.H Auden. Happy birthday to my Auden xoxo Dad," the post continued.

What His Kids Are Watching

In a recent People interview, Noah said his children have watched more "Grey's Anatomy" than "ER," despite his 12-season run on the NBC medical drama.

"Neither one of my older kids have watched. They've watched more Grey's Anatomy than they have ER. It's a point of contention," he said.

He added that they are currently watching "The Pitt," the Max original series in which he returns to the medical television genre as Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch.

"However, the older they get and the more they seem interested in this business, the more I kind of want to hold that up as something that they might want to engage in. But you know, they're watching 'The Pitt,'" he said.

While the evening celebrated the return of "The Pitt" for a second season, it offered a glimpse of a rarely seen side of Noah. Surrounded by his family rather than co-stars, the moment reflected not just a career milestone, but the personal relationships that continue to shape how and why he shows up.
