Eventually, they reconnected, and their romance ensued. When Nash asked Jay if she was surprised he proposed, she responded, "I knew we would get married eventually; I thought that you were going to take maybe like a year. [...]."

"So I was really impressed, and it made me love you even more," she continued. The lovebirds continually share updates on their relationship and recently enjoyed a joint bachelor party in Las Vegas, also attended by YouTube veteran David Dobrik.

Nivine Jay Went Viral after Being Linked to Ben Affleck

In 2021, Jay posted a TikTok video recounting the time she rejected Ben Affleck on the celebrity dating app Raya. She explained that she thought his profile was fake, but Affleck contacted her on Instagram after unmatching him.

It's unclear when this occurred, but after finding Jay on Instagram, Affleck, now married to Jennifer Lopez, sent her a video asking why she'd unmatched him. The story went viral on social media, but the frenzy later fizzled.

Nivine Jay Has Dabbled in TV and Film

Jay entered the comedy scene in the early 2010s, beginning with stand-up. She began dabbling in TV comedy in 2014, appearing in an uncredited role on "Kroll Show," which featured household names like John Mulaney, Chelsea Peretti, and Bill Burr.

Another uncredited role as Sorority Girl followed that year in the film "Neighbors," starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron. Jay then appeared in the film short "The Donut Split" before returning to screens in 2021 as Rehab Sam in "Space Juice." She also authored "Cry Baby," a poetry book released in 2018.
