Al Pacino & 29-Year-Old Girlfriend Agree on Custody of 4-Month-Old Son despite Not Separating

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have a custody agreement for their 4-month-old son. The actor's camp clarified that although custody arrangements were filed, they remain a couple.

Al Pacino, 83, and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29, have reached a custody agreement, which she filed in court last September. Despite the arrangements, the couple's representatives insist they remain a couple. Pacino and Alfallah have been together since early 2022. They welcomed their child over a year after their relationship began on June 6, 2023.

Shortly after their son's birth at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Pacino and Alfallah were spotted out on a date in Los Angeles. During their sighting, a car seat was spotted in the back of the car, although it was unclear whether their child Roman was with them then.

Months later, Alfallah decided to legalize their son's custody arrangements. She requested full physical custody of Roman, adding that the veteran actor be given "reasonable visitation." She also asked for there to be joint legal custody when it came to decision-making regarding their son, which allowed Pacino to have a say on their son's education, religious beliefs, and medical treatments.

Along with the filing, Alfallah provided a voluntary declaration of parentage, which acknowledges Pacino's paternity. It had been signed six days after Roman's birth.

Representatives for the couple clarify that they are not separated and have simply reached mutual agreements regarding their son's welfare. As for why Alfallah felt the need to file for custody, Pacino's camp said that was for Alfallah herself to answer.

Other than Roman, Pacino has three other children. He shares Julie, 34, with Jan Tarrant and Olivia and Anton, 22, with his ex, Beverly D'Angelo. However, this is Alfallah's first child.
