Nicolas Cage's Son Weston Marries the Love of His Life in Romantic Ceremony — Wedding Photos

Photos and posts on social media reveal a touching celebration as Nicolas Cage's son ties the knot, capping off a year of major changes in his personal life.

Weston Coppola Cage, 34, son of actor Nicolas Cage, tied the knot with Jenifer Alexa Canter in a ceremony shared publicly on May 2, 2025. The newlyweds appeared in wedding portraits on Instagram, where Weston confirmed the marriage in a heartfelt caption.

"I am ineffably honored to announce that I am married to my twin flame just as the creator intended all along," he wrote in the post. "This is the greatest miracle of my existence as I see the reason I was born and divinity itself every time I look into your astronomically beautiful eyes."

He added that their union was not only a dream fulfilled, but something he believed was guided by divine purpose. He described Canter's soul as the key to unlocking his heart, and referred to their relationship as "reunited and divinely provided."

He concluded with, "O, our dear Mother Earth and Grand Architect of the universe. It has begun. Life starts now. Elevation shall now commence. 🧿" The ceremony drew love and support from family and friends. Actress Candice Azzara shared a clip from the wedding reception on Instagram.

In her caption, she wrote, "Wedding reception for Jenifer and Weston Coppola Cage…his father Nicholas Cage is standing on the left side. It was so romantic…I will be sharing a little at a time." The marriage followed Weston's public engagement announcement in March 2025.

Following the announcement, he shared, "Jenifer is my first love, my only love, and my last. She is the love of my life, and I am committed to her forever." He also said that he was committed to her for life and that their connection was unlike anything else, calling it a "God-given divine phenomenon."

He expressed excitement about their future together, saying they looked forward to building a legacy and changing the world as a team. Around the same time, Weston credited Jenifer with helping him turn his life around.

He told TMZ, "Jenifer saved my life. I am so happy now that my sobriety isn't even a struggle. I can't imagine returning to the active addiction as I now have all that I have ever wanted." He added that for the first time in years, he no longer had to pretend to be happy.

In July 2024, a judge signed off on his split from Hila Cage Coppola, ending a marriage that began in April 2018 and saw a separation three years later. The couple's legal battle, which spanned several years, resulted in Hila receiving full legal and physical custody of their two children, Cyress and Venice.

Weston was denied visitation rights unless future court rulings say otherwise. Hila was also given sole authority over the children’s education and travel, with restrictions on international trips.

Now remarried, Weston described this chapter of his life as the beginning of something greater. In his wedding announcement, he expressed deep spiritual gratitude, calling their marriage a gift from the universe and pledging to protect it "by any means necessary."
