Singing sensation Michael Bublé, 48, got emotional as he unveiled how his life changed after his son was diagnosed with cancer at three years old. The musician sat down for an interview yesterday and disclosed details about the changes that have taken place since Noah's diagnosis.
Naturally, as a doting and devoted parent, once Bublé found out that his little boy had cancer, his world came crashing down. He and his beloved wife, Luisana Lopilato, dropped everything to care for their son.
Now, looking back on the tragic health scare, Bublé held back tears as he revisited the scariest time in his life. After saying how he didn't want to dive too deep into the topic for the sake of his son, Bublé divulged, "My son's cancer diagnosis rocked my world. It pulled a curtain from over my eyes...I can tell you that I don't think that I had...context, and that was a sledgehammer to my reality, and I will never be carefree again in my life."

Noah's cancer diagnosis made his father realize just how precious life is. Bublé then went on to say, "That pain, that fear, the suffering that comes with those sort of things is...it's life, you know."
He found out the news about his son's health mere minutes before stepping out to perform as part of his appearance on BBC One's "The One Show."

The "Everything" singer admitted that at the time he received the news about his son's liver cancer diagnosis in October 2016, he had been going through a crisis. A crisis that entailed him not having his priorities together. When he says this, he does not mean that he never kept his family on the top of his mind; however, his career took precedence over many things in his life.

His overwhelming ambition saw him keep his awareness on becoming the best entertainer in showbiz, making more money, and gaining more power. However, as soon as Noah's diagnosis came into the picture, reality sank in, and Bublé quickly sprung into action.
The fiercely protective father then made a vow to himself where he promised, "If we get out of this, I'm living a different life, a better life...I want to be kinder, I want to be more empathetic, I don't ever want to allow that ego and that false self to take over."
Now, Bublé takes gratitude to a whole new level, where he acknowledges how lucky he is to be blessed with his beautiful wife and family each day of his life.
