A mesmerized fan commented, "Fabulous photo, you look stunning! Love the swimsuit!" Yet, not all feedback was positive. One netizen bluntly remarked, "Without good lighting and photo editing, you look 20 years older."

Despite the mixed reactions, Jane remains unapologetic about her age. In a March 2024 interview, she said, "And I think it's because I'm not afraid to look my age and beyond."

She believes her natural appearance enhances her acting range, allowing her to play characters both young and old. "My choice is to have a face that moves so I can play very young and I can play an 85-year-old woman," she explained.

Jane’s beach outings consistently showcase her confidence this year. Last February, she shared photos of herself enjoying the beach in a brown swimsuit with criss-cross details and a multi-colored scarf.

Another photo featured her in a white swimsuit with dark sunglasses and a blue-green cover-up, standing against a picturesque ocean backdrop. She mentioned that the outfits were part of her Wave collection, which she promotes on her website.

Despite her confident exterior, Jane is no stranger to insecurities. In a 2020 Platinum magazine interview, she candidly revealed, "Right now, I look at myself and think, 'Gosh, I weigh more than I'd like' but photographically I'm looking better than I did when I was thinner," she said.

Jane continues to defy ageist stereotypes with her unabashed confidence and grace, whether she's gracing the screen or enjoying a day at the beach. Her ability to embrace her natural beauty and celebrate her journey extends beyond public appearances—it also shines through in her role as a dedicated mother to twins.

Jane Seymour, who has been married and divorced four times, is the proud mother of Katherine, 41, and Sean Flynn, 38, from her marriage to David Flynn, and also shares her life with her twin sons, John Stacy and Kristopher Steven, 27, from her marriage to James Keach.

Jane's path to motherhood with twins was filled with hurdles. She revealed that in-vitro fertilization (IVF) led to two miscarriages, nearly causing her and her then-husband, James, to give up. However, a third pregnancy resulted in three embryos, with one never fully forming. This third pregnancy eventually yielded her twin sons, John and Kristopher.

Born six weeks prematurely through an emergency C-section due to pre-eclampsia, the twins faced challenges from the start. The pregnancy and birth were risky, and Jane and the twins almost lost their lives. But Jane never regretted taking the risk and was glad she had them.

The twins' premature birth required careful monitoring in their early days. Jane shared that both boys experienced health issues, with Johnny turning blue twice after coming home from the hospital. This led to another hospital visit and nights spent monitoring their breathing, swallowing, and sucking.

Despite these challenges, Jane's commitment to her twins' well-being was clear. Because of their unique health issues, she sought help at night to ensure she could get some rest, even if only for short periods.

She made choices that allowed her to be present for her children, often taking them with her while filming. As the twins grew older, they not only grew stronger but also closer.

Jane revealed they loved sleeping in the same crib and later in the same bed. She reminded them of their special connection and the advantage it brought to their activities, whether sports or music.

In 2023, Jane shared a picture of herself with her now-grown twin sons, who, according to her fans, have become tall and handsome and tower over her. Admirers flooded the post with heartwarming comments.

Others chimed in, "Two handsome men! And a beautiful mother!" The sentiment continued with comments praising, "Handsome sons!" and "Your boys are handsome." The outpouring of love continued, with remarks such as, "How beautiful you three are!" and "They look just like their dad. Handsome men."
