At the time, the bag was called Chouchou and had not yet been released to the public. Just a few months later, Diana was photographed carrying the Chouchou bag as she stepped off a plane in Buenos Aires.

This marked the beginning of her attachment to the style, as she was frequently seen with the bag on numerous occasions. Diana's fondness for the bag was so profound that she even requested a navy version to match her eye color. In response, Dior officially renamed the bag the Lady Dior, a nod to its most famous fan.

This event solidified the bag's place in the annals of fashion, with the images of Diana and her Lady Dior continually revisited as a testament to her impeccable style.
