For the A-list affair, the "Material Girl" artist and her girls stood out in stylish ensembles. Donning an all-black look, Madonna sported a mid-thigh length blazer with a lace bustier underneath. She paired her look with fishnet tights, matching gloves, black shoes, shades, and silver jewelry.

On the other hand, Stella and Estere opted for a late 90s/early 2000s vibe. They both rocked baggy white shirts, bandannas, and sneakers.
While Estere tied her bandanna around her hair and wore loose-fitting ¾ maroon shorts and sunglasses, Stella fashioned her bandanna into a head scarf, covering the fabric over her baseball cap and fastening it underneath her chin.

"👏👏👏👏 All gorgeous - the outfit of the twins is fantastic," gushed a fan. "They must be paying a tribute to [men's] fashion in the early [2000s]," commented a Facebooker.
Seemingly defending Estere and Stella's bold fashion choices, another praised, "Not all girls wear girly clothes. They are beautiful in their own way."

An admirer on Instagram swooned, "Madonna looks great!! ♥️." Another fan simply penned, "Iconic." Boasting about the legendary moment, Ryan took to his Instagram Story to share a picture of him, Madonna, Hugh, and the director of the movie Shawn Levy, on the red carpet.
"This woman made dreams come true. What a night. Unforgettable," expressed the "Free Guy" talent in the text that was included in the snap.

The dream Madonna made come true that Ryan is referring to is the fact that the beloved singer permitted them to use one of her most popular songs in their film. "Like A Prayer," the songstress' iconic track which was released in 1989, is featured in "Deadpool & Wolverine."
Around 1 minute and 10 seconds into the official trailer for the movie, the beginning of "Like A Prayer" begins to play. The snippet of the song accompanies a scene where Wolverine and Deadpool are seen walking out onto the street.
As the trailer continues, showcasing gripping and intense fighting scenes and witty dialogue between the characters, "Like A Prayer" continues to play in the background until the end of the video.
Given that her iconic song was featured, it adds up as to why Madonna attended the premiere. The fact that she brought her daughters along with her added an extra layer of excitement to the whole affair.

While many might not have known about Stella and Estere, they have been part of their mother's family for quite some time now. She adopted the two beauties from Home of Hope in Malawi in February 2017.

That same year, Madonna shared insights into her decision to adopt Estere and Stella. By then, she had already adopted their older brother, David Banda, from the same orphanage in Lilongwe, Malawi in 2008. The following year, she also adopted their sister, Mercy James, from an orphanage in Blantyre, Malawi.

On why she decided to adopt, Madonna divulged, "It's inexplicable. It's like saying, 'Why do you fall in love with the people you fall in love with?' You look into the eyes of somebody, you feel their soul, you feel touched by them — that's it."

Madonna, who has a long-time affiliation with the southeast African nation, added that she would sometimes close her eyes and think to herself why her kitchen wasn't filled with "dancing children." "There's so many children that need a home. I thought, 'What am I waiting for? Just do it,'" recalled the singer.

Before going through with Estere and Stella's adoption, the doting mom had a talk with her other children. In addition to David and Mercy, Madonna is also the mom of Lourdes Leon and Rocco John.

While David and Mercy were excited to have more siblings, Madonna said that Lourdes and Rocco felt slightly different. "There might have been [a feeling of], 'Oh, we have to share you with more people' — not jealousy, but an adjustment," the star previously shared.

However, they eventually came around and showed support for their mom's decision. Madonna noted how Lourdes, whom she calls Lola, came to her and said, "Mom, if that's what you want and it's going to make you happy, let's go."

According to their mom, Stella, and Estere quickly acclimatized to their new home and family. In July of the same year that they were adopted (2017), they went back to Malawi with Madonna and their siblings.
They were there for the opening of the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, which was the first children's hospital in the nation that Madonna opened with her charity, Raising Malawi.
Of Estere and Stella's first venture back to their homeland, Madonna disclosed, "They were really happy to be there and speak [the native language] Chichewa with everybody. And they've learned, in time, that I'm their mother and nothing is going to change that."
