Julie Chrisley is speaking publicly for the first time since receiving a presidential pardon from Donald Trump. Alongside her husband, Todd Chrisley, and two of their children — Savannah Chrisley and Grayson Chrisley — she appears on Fox News's "My View with Lara Trump," which is set to air on June 28, marking their first televised appearance together since the couple's release.

In a newly released preview of the interview, Julie shared the emotional exchange that confirmed the pardon.

"I called Savannah one more time and she said, 'He did it, he signed it.' I just started busting out crying," she explained. "And everyone was looking around, and then I just hung up. I was so nervous, I just hung up.

"It was the craziest thing, and everybody was just looking at me, because unfortunately, most of the news that you get in prison is bad news," Julie added. "So they're like, 'Are you okay?' I'm like, 'I am. I'm getting out of here. I'm getting out of here!'"

Todd then described a similarly surreal experience. When another inmate mentioned the pardon, he brushed it off. Later, a corrections officer came over and asked if he was okay.

Todd replied simply, "As good as I can be," to which the officer said, "Todd, you just got pardoned. They send me down here to make sure you're okay."

Finally, the information clicked, and Todd told the CO, "Well, they don't need to be worrying about me now. Hell, if I'm pardoned, I'm great."

He went on to express deep gratitude, crediting faith for moving President Donald Trump and the people who advocated on their behalf. Todd also said he had prayed nightly to be reunited with his wife and children, and he believed those prayers were answered.

Aside from the upcoming exclusive conversation, the Chrisley family has kept the public informed about their lives through social media, especially since the pardons were announced. On May 28, Savannah shared an image of the president holding the signed documents.

Her caption emphasized faith and hope, "God is still writing your story. He's Not Late. He's Not Distant. HE'S NOT DONE." She concluded the post with a Bible verse.

The following day, Savannah also posted a lighthearted video of Todd playfully shielding his face from cameras with a shopping bag during a visit to a clothing store. The simple caption, "WE ARE BACK 🙌🏼," captured the relief and humor of this father-daughter moment.

A few weeks later, on June 10, Todd appeared on Savannah's podcast, "Unlocked." During the episode, he discussed the pardons, addressed critics of the president, and commented on the current political climate.

When the discussion became especially pointed, Savannah joked that they were going to end there because she needed "some Dems to watch her podcast."

Finally, Todd ended his appearance with a grin and a line that sparked applause, "Ladies and gentlemen, that's the end of Unlocked because I've been unlocked."
