After Fonda unveiled a visibly trimmer figure, she sparked curiosity over how she achieved the transformation. According to functional nutritionist Monica Partier, "It appears that she has shed at least 75lbs in the past few years, which is not an easy thing to do over the age of 50."

Partier revealed that Fonda may have turned to weight-loss medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound, but also suggested it could have been achieved through more traditional health strategies.

"It's important to look at hormone levels, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, obesogens, and chronic stress," said Partier. She emphasised whole, unprocessed foods, healthy fats like salmon and mackerel, and avoiding calorie counting in favour of nutrient-dense, home-cooked meals.

Beyond her looks, Fonda rose to fame in the 1990s, known for playing magnetic and often sultry roles in critically acclaimed films like "Jackie Brown," "Singles," and "The Godfather Part III," where she portrayed a glamorous news reporter entangled in the world of organised crime.

Her last high-profile film role came in 2001, starring opposite Jet Li in the sleek action thriller "Kiss of the Dragon," which was both a critical and commercial success. Then, without warning, she disappeared from the public eye.
