Sharon and Kelly Osbourne Step Out in Their First Public Appearance Since Ozzy's Funeral for a Cocktail Party
A glamorous public reemergence quickly descended into speculation, shock, and heartbreak. Months after the world bid farewell to a rock legend, his grieving widow and daughter stepped out… only to be met with a tidal wave of online concern, not celebration.
Sharon and Kelly Osbourne made their first public appearance since Ozzy Osbourne's funeral on November 26, 2025, attending a cocktail party hosted by designer Rebecca Vallance at Aki London in England. But instead of admiration, their presence sparked a storm of anxiety on social media.

Their Appearance Raises Concern
Sharon dazzled in a long-sleeved, floor-length red sequin gown, paired with minimalist jewelry, a sleek black clutch, and her signature short red hair worn loose with a side part.
Kelly Osbourne stood by her side in a shimmering pink halter dress adorned with rhinestones across the bodice and sparkly trimmings. Her hair was styled in an elegant updo, and like her mother, she opted for subtle jewelry and a petite handheld purse.
Despite their polished looks, the mother-daughter duo's striking appearance stirred more alarm than applause. People online couldn't hold back their dismay. "They look unwell," one netizen bluntly observed. Another exclaimed simply, "Omg 😮."
The concern only escalated as fans dissected the women's visibly slimmed-down physiques. "So thin their heads look so large ! Love Sharon but this photo is upsetting [sic]," one netizen lamented. Another added a biting observation, "They look like sisters. Kelly's weights [sic] loss has really aged her."
While some speculated on their physical health, others linked the transformation to their devastating loss.
Grief Worn on Their Faces
One poignant comment read, "Sharon's eyes carry the sadness only loss hands out 😢." Another echoed that sorrow, "Poor Sharon. Looks like she's not doing well without Ozzie to take care of."
The concern didn't end there. "Sharon looks 100. Sad . Losing Ozzie took its toll on her [sic]," a fan remarked with heavy finality. Another comment pierced even deeper, "She misses her husband. Her eyes tell it all 💔."
But not everyone was eager to pile on. Some voices rose to push back against the relentless commentary, urging for compassion amid tragedy. "For those slating off the first bat .. it's called grieving. Give some grace ❤️," one defender pleaded.
A Tribute for Her Father
Before this appearance, Kelly had been seen at an event honoring Ozzy. As previously reported, she took the stage at The Birmingham Awards on October 17, 2025, to accept a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for her father. This came barely three months after the world mourned the sudden passing of the legendary rocker at 76.
She gave a devastatingly moving speech, one that talked about his towering legacy in music and his unbreakable love for the city of Birmingham.
Rock Royalty Honored in His Hometown
Clad in a simple black dress and gold-chained necklaces, Kelly stood in quiet grace as she launched into a powerful list of her father's achievements.

She reminded the audience that Ozzy was no ordinary musician. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame paid him the ultimate honor, inducting him twice: once as the legendary, electrifying frontman of Black Sabbath, and again to recognize the thunderous solo career that truly shook the world.
She went on to spotlight his accolades, mentioning that he was a five-time Grammy winner, while most people never even win one. Over the course of his career, Ozzy also received 12 nominations from the Recording Academy. "But impressive as those awards are," she said, "this recognition tonight tops them all."

Hollywood Glitz Meant Nothing Compared to Birmingham Streets
Kelly painted a vivid portrait of a rock legend who, despite being worshiped on global stages, held one unwavering devotion: his hometown.
Sure, Ozzy had a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a dream for most entertainers, but his daughter revealed it was his star on Birmingham's Walk of Stars on Broad Street that truly made his heart soar.

"He was forced to spend much of his life in America because of his work, but Birmingham was always his heart and soul," Kelly added with conviction. "He loved this city; he loved the people as they loved him back. That's why it was so important to come home one last time in July to say goodbye."
Honoring the City That Loved Him Fiercely
At this point, raw emotion ambushed her voice, and the calm facade she had desperately held together finally shattered for the attendees to see.
She spoke of the overwhelming outpouring of love the people of Birmingham showed as they lined the streets to see the final concert of a man they'd watched rise from working-class streets to international superstardom.
According to Kelly, Ozzy's performance in Aston was the one that meant the most. It wasn't the thousands of packed arenas, the roaring stadiums, or the sold-out tours all over the world.
It was this last gig in his hometown, surrounded by the people who mattered most. The original members of Black Sabbath joined him onstage. Celebrities turned up in droves. But none of that mattered more than the setting.
"He was a proud Brummy in the beginning of his career, and he was a proud Brummy at the end," she said. And then, her voice broke again as she finished:
"Again, on behalf of my dad and my family, thank you for this wonderful Lifetime Achievement Award. I know he's looking down on us tonight, smiling with pride."
As the speech concluded, a massive roar of applause shook the room.
Internet Bursts With Emotion
The moment didn't end at the awards show. Within hours, videos flooded social media, uploaded by attendees, reporters, and the official Birmingham Awards account. But it was journalist Shoaib Shahid Rajput's footage that drew the most attention from netizens.
"Ozzy would be so proud, also I'm pretty sure she's wearing one of his necklaces," one Instagrammer swooned. Another admitted, "great speech kelly got goosebumps ozzy forever [sic]❤️🦇."
A heartfelt comment read, "Such a beautiful, brave speech Kelly! Your dad is definitely looking down and smiling proudly. He loved you so❤️🙏🏻." Another emotional post noted, "Today I heard the little baby Girl of Ozzy... Her voice remember me when she was a teenager [sic]."

The messages of support continued. "I love you Kelly 🙌 So strong and resilient and transparent 🙌 [sic]," someone wrote. Another praised her strength, "Well done Kelly. That must have been so difficult to do 🤗💓."
