Vanessa Bryant Addresses Relationship Claims After Online Speculation Spreads
Vanessa Bryant is shutting down viral rumors about her relationship and pregnancy after online speculation linked her to NBA star Jaylen Brown. But her sarcastic response only made the internet spiral even more.
Vanessa Bryant is once again finding herself at the center of online chatter — but this time, the speculation has taken a deeply personal turn. As rumors about her love life spread across social media, fans began asking one big question: Who exactly is Vanessa allegedly dating?
The conversation quickly snowballed, with pregnancy whispers, remarriage claims, and viral posts pulling her name into yet another internet frenzy. But before Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa, directly addressed the speculation herself, the rumors had already drawn NBA star Jaylen Brown into the spotlight.

Rumors About Vanessa Bryant And Jaylen Brown Started Circulating Online
According to Indulge Express, Vanessa was recently linked in online rumors to Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown. The speculation reportedly intensified after AI-generated images purportedly showing the pair together began circulating online.
The rumors — which remain entirely unconfirmed — also claimed that Vanessa was pregnant and preparing to remarry. Neither Vanessa nor Jaylen publicly confirmed any romantic relationship.

An Instagram post discussing the speculation further fueled online debate, with some netizens claiming the two had allegedly grown close in recent months.
However, some of the claims shared online also included a factual error involving Kobe Bryant and Jaylen.
While posts suggested Jaylen had been a close friend of Kobe Bryant, the NBA player has previously made it clear that he actually never had the chance to meet the Lakers legend — something he once described as one of his biggest regrets.

Jaylen Brown Previously Spoke About Kobe Bryant's Influence On His Life
Back in January 2020, during an interview, Jaylen emotionally reflected on Kobe's impact while speaking to reporters following the basketball icon's death.
"Well, to be honest, I stole his free throw routine, um, the one two three with the spin, yeah, I was doing his free throw routine, but man, I'm in [sic] a loss for words to be honest, but uh part of like why you know I picked up to play basketball was because of him," he began. He added during the press interview:
"He inspired so much and was so tough that I never got to shake his hand, you know that's what kills me the most. I was looking forward to that day, I never got to meet Kobe Bryant, never got to play against him, but extremely inspired and honored, you know, to just be able to play and be able to, you know, celebrate his name, um, it's tough."

Jaylen also became emotional while discussing the NBA-wide tributes held for Kobe shortly after the tragedy.
"It's tough um Kobe inspired the game so much and you know to hear the news with him and his daughter it's like um I woke up from a nap today and I don't think I'll ever forget you know where I was at what time it was and things like that because you know that's the last thing you wanted to hear than you expected to he um but you know it's tough."
Jaylen has continued to speak publicly over the years about Kobe's influence on both his career and his mindset. In an interview with Essence, he explained that Kobe's fearless approach inspired him professionally beyond basketball. "Kobe's journey taught me about being fearless and pushing sports, along with society, to new heights," Jaylen said.

He also previously admitted during an interview covered by Lakers Nation that never meeting Kobe still weighs on him emotionally. "That's one of my biggest regrets in life. I never got to meet Kobe… He did a 'Detail' on me in like 2018… It [surprised me that he did it]. I was so hyped. I was so hyped… Somebody that's so influential, it would've been great to be able to [meet him]."
Vanessa Bryant Finally Responded To The Viral Claims
As the rumors continued to spread online, Vanessa eventually appeared to address the speculation herself on her Instagram Stories. In the post shared to her Instagram account, Vanessa seemingly mocked the nonstop gossip surrounding her personal life:
"Can you guys decide already.....am I pregnant for the 100th time or am I getting remarried???"

The sarcastic response quickly gained traction online, especially as social media viewers continued debating the rumors in comment sections and reposts.
On the rumored post, one person wrote, "It's been six years, if she wants to remarry, then so what. is she supposed to stay alone the rest of her life [sic]?? 😭"
Despite online speculation, Vanessa has not publicly confirmed a relationship, and there is currently no verified evidence supporting the pregnancy or remarriage rumors circulating online.
While the rumors surrounding Vanessa and Jaylen continued gaining traction online, Vanessa's response appeared to draw attention to something much bigger — the exhausting cycle of speculation that often follows public figures, especially when it comes to their personal lives.
At the same time, the online reaction also revealed how emotionally invested many people still are in Vanessa's life years after Kobe Bryant's death. Some commenters defended her right to move forward however she chooses, while others continued dissecting every rumor tied to her name.
