Faith Hill and Tim McGraw never failed to make the hearts of their fans swoon when they sing together. During their duets, it is always apparent that they sing with pure emotion, expressing how true their feelings are for each other.

In August 2012, Hill made a special guest appearance during her husband’s final show at his Brothers Of The Sun Tour, as shared by Classic Country Music.

They sang a sweet and emotional duet of their song, I Need You.

Perhaps she was overpowered with emotion and love, during the middle of the song, she broke down into tears.

As she sang the very emotional lyrics, “Like the Father and the Son need the Holy Ghost, I need you,” the country singer wasn’t able to stop herself from choking up.

Although she tried to regain her composure, she was unable to as she was very overwhelmed with emotion.

The song I Need You was released by the married couple in April 2007. It reached the 8th spot on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and No.50 on the all-genre Hot 100 chart.

The song is about two people confessing their feelings of love for each other, plus how they desperately need each other in their lives.

I Need You is only one of the multiple tracks released by the couple as a duet. They also released other songs together, such as It’s Your Love, Just To Hear You Say That You Love Me, and The Rest of Our Life.

McGraw and Hill have been married for over two decades. The two tied the knot in 1996. They have three children together, Maggie Elizabeth McGraw, Gracie McGraw, and Audrey Caroline McGraw.
