After "Grey's Anatomy" star reveals he is married, he drops another bombshell

He is about to cross another milestone in his personal life.

According to an article published by Shared, Grey’s Anatomy star Kevin McKidd recently shared that he and his wife Arielle Goldrath and expecting their first child together.

The 44-year-old actor took to social media to share a post titled ‘Very Happy, Very Big News!’ In the post, he announced that he and professional chef Goldrath had tied the knot and that Goldrath was pregnant.

The actor also shared a few details of his wedding, stating that it was a private celebration with close friends, family, and friends from the Grey’s Anatomy team.

The wedding took place at the exotic Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, and McKidd’s Scottish heritage was evident from his unique wedding outfit. He was wearing the traditional kilt and looked happy to be celebrating with his wife, who was dressed in a white lace gown.

McKidd also added that the wedding ceremony ended with the traditional Scottish Ceilidh dance.

Speaking about the year 2018, he asserted that the year so far has filled him with gratitude, and the rest of year was going to be a very exciting time for him and Goldrath, as they embark on their journey to parenthood.

The actor has been with the popular TV series since its fifth season, and his onscreen character Dr. Owen Hunt has had quite a dramatic story so far.

Unlike his real life, the character McKidd plays has been through a series of complicated relationships. The newly married couple seem to keep a low profile on social media.

However, McKidd is expected to share more details about the delivery due date of his child on his website soon.Goldrath is McKidd’s second wife. He and his former wife Jane Parker parted ways in December 2017. They share two teenage children – a daughter Iona and a son Joseph.
