'Twilight' star Dakota Fanning flaunts legs in a floral dress during recent pubic outing

The former child star is definitely ready for spring as she slipped into a frock that calls out to a new season and she looks glowing.

Dakota Fanning slipped on a floral mini dress and paired it with rose-tinted glasses and a cute pair of purple platform heels. AmoMama gets the scoop from Daily Mail.

The 24-year-old wore a beautiful, wide smile as she headed to the Today show in New York City on Monday morning. Her new TV series, Alienist, is now a huge hit. And her happiness showed through her outfit.

Even though it’s still cold on the East Coast, the blonde beauty donned a plunging printed frock and matched it with a pair of electric purple platform heels and a leather trench coat with a fur pink collar.

As she made her way out, she put on fun accessories including a pair of round frames with pastel pink lenses. Dakota Fanning paired her colorful and vibrant look with a pink, blue, and green Chanel PVC shoulder bag for her stuff.

Later in the day, she made a cross-city trek as she closed trench coat for a much cozier look. Her outfit was not that weather-appropriate for the chilly New York City temperatures but she did look beautiful.

The Twilight star recently made her directional debut for Italian fashion house, Miu Miu. She was asked to create her own short film that followed Ava DuVernay as she moved into her first loft in Brooklyn.

She spoke to Vanity Fair on how it felt like working behind the camera as opposed to being in front of it.

“The post-production and the magic that happens in the editing room with color timing and sound mixing and talking with the composer and the music supervisor—that’s where it all kind of comes together.”
