A massive hint was dropped regarding the Royal couple's unborn third baby.

On March 28, 2018, a "wet paint" notice was added to the steps outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital, as reported by All Cute All The Time.

The small sign has caught the attention of royal observers. It could imply that images of the third royal baby may soon be taken on the steps, just like when Kate Middleton, who is due this month, April 2018, gave birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The royal family has kept Kate's third pregnancy mostly in the dark. There has been no word about what the gender of the baby is or the baby's name.

The secretiveness even led to speculations that Kate and Prince William may be surprising the world with twins.

According to All Cute All The Time, St. Mary’s Hospital confirmed that they would be the venue for the birth of Kate and William's third baby.

Recently, a source told US Weekly that a private Lindo Wing at London's St. Mary's Hospital has been under lockdown because it's being saved for the Duchess of Cambridge.

“Security does regular sweeps of the room, then it’s resealed each time with tamper-proof tape. It’s a high-security operation. Even the crawl space above the room is checked regularly," the source said.

The source explained that the arrival of the third royal baby is planned down to the tiniest detail.

The Kensington Palace "baby team" will be on high alert during that time and “is dedicated to making sure everything is ready, from media plans to security to hospital arrangements."

Kate and William will begin traveling from Kensington Palace to St. Mary’s as soon as the Duchess goes into labor.

To stop anyone being tipped off that Kate will be leaving home, the hospital will only get five minutes notice.

The last plan is to get the third royal baby home as soon as possible once he or she arrives. Kate can return home depending on how she feels, according to the source.
