Kelly Ripa surprises with her athletic figure and youthful look in a brand new 'inspiring' photo

There are many women (and men) who don’t look their age. Despite what others might say, it is all possible following a good diet plan and an exercise routine.

Kelly Ripa is one of them and her fans and followers keep asking her to reveal the secret. The 47-year-old TV show host took to her Instagram account on April 4, 2018, to show how toned and fit her body is.

As reported by Entertainment Daily, Ripa, 47, posed next to two other women: fitness, health expert, and celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser and Joan Leary. The photo set clear that the trio had just finished working out as the sweat was visible.

Leary was a Travel Trivia caller on Live with Kelly and Ryan whose story touched the lives of many, Ripa included. She confessed that she had breast cancer and, when she called, she had just arrived home after undergoing a mastectomy.

It all happened in mid-October 2017. Recently, in the show aired on April 4, Leary went back to the show but as a member of the audience and, thankfully, she was cancer-free.

During the show, Ripa revealed that she and Leary were going to meet Kaiser at the gym and they would work out together. That photo was the proof they did it.

Ripa captioned the image praising both Kaiser and Leary confessing that they were inspirational. She thanked the former for showing them how to sweat, and the latter for showing them how to live.

As soon as she posted the image, many people rushed to the comment section, including Barbara Flannagan, an Instagram user. She confessed she loved what the show did for Leary and thanked Ripa for sharing that image.

Others, like @mykidsnzeus, focused on how good she looked writing that she is the result of hard work and discipline and that she has become an inspiration for several people.
