Following the release of the last episode, Chip and Joanna sent a sweet message to their fans
The couple have bid farewell to their popular show, but there will be plenty of other ways fans can follow their lives.
Chip and Joanna Gaines have been the hosts of Fixer Upper for the past five seasons. But on April 3, the show aired its final episode, with the couple moving on to other ventures.
As reported by Faith Family America, the final episode featured special guests, laughter, and plenty of memories from the five seasons of the show.
But the couple knew that they were leaving behind a fanbase when the show ended, and took to social media after the episode aired to thank their loyal followers for the years of unending support.
“And that’s a wrap!” Chip wrote. “‘Fixer Upper’ family we are forever grateful for your support over the last 5 seasons. Don’t worry.. You can always find us here at Magnolia in Waco!”
Joanna also took to Twitter, thanking the fans for having been a part of a journey she and her husband had so enjoyed.
Fortunately for fans, the couple has plenty more on their plate that they will be able to follow in the near future. Joanna is pregnant with baby number 5, and will give birth to a little boy later in 2018.
They have also opened a new restaurant, Magnolia Table, and started a home decor line called Hearth & Hand which can be found at Target.
Joanna is also going to be starting a new reality show, Behind The Design, which follows her designs and the transformation process.
The new show premiered on April 10, and differs quite a bit from Fixer Upper.
