98-year-old woman from Ohio went missing on April 5th. Police asked for public help
A woman close to 100 years of age has gone missing since last week. Police stated that she was last seen at her home in Ohio.
The last time she was heard from was on April 3, 2018, according to Jesus Daily. The police have now asked the public to give them any information they have that could help in finding her.
Margaret M. Douglas, 98, was last heard of last week Saturday. Police have asked that anyone with information on Douglas’ location or recent activities to contact Wadsworth Police at 330-334-1511.
She was reported missing by an out of town relative. Douglas is described as a 5’6” white female with white hair, blue eyes and weighs 150 lbs.
According to Fox 8 Cleveland, police said that at around 9 a.m. on Monday, they were notified that Douglas was missing from her home. She is a Wadsworth resident and does not own a vehicle.
She was reported missing by an out-of-town relative who learned that Douglas’ friends had not been in contact with her since April 3. The investigation has determined so far that the woman was last seen at her home around April 5.
WKYC reported that officials with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation were at her home overnight. Neighbors stated that investigators were at the home of Douglas for several hours.
This was before leaving the Portage Street home at around 1 a.m. on Tuesday. Authorities were expected to release more information at some point on Tuesday.
At the moment, no further details have been released.
