'Live with Kelly and Ryan' viewers are begging Kelly Ripa to get rid of her new hairdo
The famous television host is trolled on the internet for her attempt at sporting a new hairstyle.
The fans and viewers of Live with Kelly and Ryan are not happy about the new hairdo of co-host Kelly Ripa and are making their voices heard.
According to Entertainment Daily, confused fans quickly took to Twitter to discuss Ripa's hair with many fans stating their dislike and calling her hair 'messy.'
The reaction from fans started coming as soon as the show's Instagram page shared a video of Kelly and her co-host Ryan Seacrest getting ready to go on stage.
That was when Ripa revealed her new locks for the first time. Ripa's new hairstyle makes her blonde locks look fuller, giving them more volume.
The source quoted Twitter user McKayla Wigoda as writing, 'Whoever is styling Kelly Ripa's hair this past week needs to be fired immediately.'
Similarly, Janet tweeted by saying, 'Sorry love you, but not this hairstyle on you. Too MESSY LOOKING!'
@KellyRipa What's with your hair on Live! lately?— PoisonIvy (@kateandbryanmom) April 12, 2018
Someone please help @KellyRipa with her hair today. It’s making her look crazy. I’ve never seen #Blond #bozotheclown #helpher 🤡 her team should see that it doesn’t look good on the monitors and jump in. @LiveKellyRyan— Emily Wallace (@wallystyle1) April 12, 2018
However, the source also wrote that for every disgusted commenter, there were others who also praised Ripa for her new look.
Entertainment Daily quoted a Twitter user as stating that Ripa looked 'cute' in her new hairdo. Similarly, others praised her not just for her hair but also for her outfit, saying that she wears 'the most beautiful skirts.'
Still, this is not the first time that the star has faced such criticism on her show. Only previous month, she was criticized on social media for wearing too much makeup. A troll had attacked her by writing that her makeup made her look like a 'wax figure'
Ripa also shared a video on Instagram with a response to that criticism. The video sees her reading the Instagram comment and addressing the troll.
She responded by saying: "Oh no no no, I have on way more makeup than a wax figure. I know because I have a wax figure in Madame Tussauds and she doesn't wear this much makeup."
