Gwyneth Paltrow shares a rare photo of her look-a-like daughter on her 14th birthday
Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter, Apple, turned 14, and proud momma let the world know that the teenager is indeed the apple of momma’s eye.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter, Apple, is now 14, and although the actress hardly posts photos of her children, she couldn’t let the day pass without sending a public shout-out. The 45-year-old proud mother mentioned Apple’s talents on her heartfelt caption.
“Happy birthday, my darling girl. You make everyday feel like Christmas morning. You are the most vibrant, hilarious, twirling all over the place, beautiful (inside and out) young woman. You are an amazing thinker and an incredible songwriter. Thanks for still hanging out with me, even though you are 14.”
The Shakespeare In Love Oscar winner shares Apple and son Moses with ex-husband Chris Martin whom she married in 2003 and “consciously uncoupled” from in 2014. On Mothers’ Day, the actress posted a photo of her heavily pregnant with her firstborn that she paired with an emotional tribute to mothers all over the world. “Fourteen years ago on the verge of a life changing morning... To all of us, biological, adoptive, foster, spiritual, communal, all the den mothers and grand mothers and great grandmothers and great great grandmothers, all the way back, happy Mother’s Day.”
Even though Paltrow and Martin have moved on, they are adoring parents to their kids and have kept remained good friends judging from photos of the foursome on holidays. They are currently dating other people publicly and both seem to be happy with their respective significant others. Paltrow is engaged to Brad Falchuk whom she started dating in 2014 while Martin is reportedly dating Dakota Johnson, the 28-year-old Fifty Shades Of Grey star who has Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson for parents.
When asked by People how she felt about Martin, Melanie said, 'I adore him! But she is very private about her life and I respect that.' Dad, Johnson, on his part was not all that enthusiastic about the Coldplay frontman dating his daughter. He jokily told Digital Spy in January, "Yeah, that's... uh troubling, isn't it?
