Arnold Schwarzenegger returns to the gym after heart surgery

Arnold Schwarzenegger has always had a macho aura around him. He returned back with the same image just two months after undergoing a heart surgery.

Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger posted a brief video of himself working out in the gym on Twitter on Saturday, June 2, 2018. He captioned the video by saying that the surgery comeback was all about reps.

Schwarzenegger revealed that it was his second workout of the day. His first workout was at Gold's Gym while the second session was carried out at his residence.

The Terminator actor added that in order to make a comeback he had to focus on working out hard. He said that there is no magic pill to restore one's health.

After Schwarzenegger's message in the video, the camera zoomed in towards his cap. The custom-made cap had the catchphrase 'There is no magic pill' written on it.

TMZ had shared a photo of Schwarzenegger leaving his office in Santa Monica. The 70-year-old actor looked healthy in the photo.

He had worn a casual T-shirt with an artwork on surfing and the words 'Everyday California' printed on it. He also had his reading glasses hooked to the front of his T-shirt.

The actor had shared a similar video of his comeback on social media on May 31. He was working on his biceps in a red T-shirt. Schwarzenegger had donned the same custom-made cap in the video.

He shared that his workout routine was making a great comeback. He ended the video with a positive statement by saying that everything was fantastic.

His spokesperson gave a public statement in March revealing that Schwarzenegger underwent a planned procedure at Cedars-Sinai to replace the pulmonic valve that was first replaced due to a heart defect in 1997.

As reported by Pop Culture, also Schwarzenegger needed to replace a catheter valve that was installed in 1997. The procedure underwent some complications but the 80-year-old was released on April 6.
