Aaron Spelling's granddaughter turns 10 years old

Stella McCartney celebrated her 10th birthday over the weekend. She is the daughter of actors Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.

Proud mother Tori shared uploaded a photo to her Instagram account on Saturday. The pre-teen can be seen holding large balloons in the shape of a '10.'

In the caption, Tori wrote: 'I can’t believe my baby girl hit double digits today!' She also added that Stella, aka Buggy, 'is a crafter, a baker, and an amazing writer.'

She added that Stella is a 'true renaissance tween' and told her 1.1 million followers that she admires her daughter, adding that Stella inspires her 'every single day.'

The post received more than 32,000 likes within a day, and Tori's fans rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts as well.

Instagram user Traci Kirby wished Stella a happy birthday and added that her daughter, Sadie, also celebrated her 10th birthday this week.

Another user, known only as Suzanna, also had a 9-year-old daughter who turns ten soon, while Rabb Madison said Stella looked 'absolutely gorgeous.'

Nancy Ingersoll added that Stella looks like their mother, whom she referred to as a momma bear. 'Such a beautiful girl,' she said.

A user known only as Jazzi Snookums said a double-digit birthday is a special occasion and wished Stella 'the most wonderful celebration.'

In a letter to Stella, Tori explained that she had always wanted a daughter, but was terrified when she found out she was pregnant. She questioned if she would be able to raise a daughter.

'From the moment you were born, you came out screaming loud and proud to make sure the world knew you were there. It was in that moment I knew it would be ok.'

Stella was born two years after Spelling and McDermott tied the knot. The couple met in July 2005, while they were still married to their former spouses.
