Blake Shelton shared video of awesome huge cake he got on 42nd birthday

Country singer Blake Shelton had big surprises on his 42nd birthday. The biggest surprise came from his girlfriend, singer Gwen Stefani.

42-year-old Blake Shelton spent the Father's Day weekend and his birthday with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani's family. When he returned back to his Oklahoma residence, he got a surprise of a lifetime.

Stefani and Shelton flew in via a helicopter and once they landed, Shelton saw his gift - a flagpole. Stefani shared a photo of a happy Shelton on Instagram, pointing and smiling at his new gift.

However, that wasn't the only gift Shelton got for his birthday. Another big surprise was in store for Shelton as a special birthday cake was arranged for him. It was made special by the company Shelton is associated with for a long time.

Shelton has been a longtime partner with Smithworks Vodka. The company brought a cake for him that was designed to look exactly like a Smithworks.

Shelton shared a video of himself thanking the company on his Instagram account. He seemed excited in his red beach-inspired shirt to see the birthday cake.

"Thank you, Smithworks family! This is the best birthday cake ever!"

After thanking the company, an excited Shelton took a big bite of the special cake as the people around him cheered him on.

Stefani had shared that Shelton's birthday party had begun early. She shared a video on her Instagram account on Saturday night documenting the celebrations with Shelton's loved ones.

This included her father and her brother, who was also celebrating his birthday. The celebrations took place around a table at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood.

Stefani was heard singing 'Happy Birthday' as she panned across the scene to capture the celebrations. She zoomed in on the sparkler and the dessert before zooming in on Shelton for a closeup.

The month of June gave another reason for Shelton to celebrate as his song I’ll Name the Dogs won the Video of the Year Award at the CMT Music Awards on June 6.
