Tika Sumpter shares photo of her little daughter driving her own Tesla car
Time sure flies, and Tika Sumpter’s daughter, Ella Loren is already driving her car, which is even better than the ones her parents have. The actress has been pretty busy these days, but it seems like nothing can come between her and her little girl.
Tika Sumpter recently stunned fans and made all the heads turn with her green dress at the BET Awards. Looking stunning as usual, the actress showed off her curves and beautiful hair over the weekend, but now she’s back to her mommy duties.
After a weekend filled with celebrations and friends, Tika took to Instagram to share a beautiful photo of her 1-year-old daughter, Ella Loren, driving her own mini Tesla car. The toy was a gift from her godparents, Jason Bolden and boyfriend Adair Curtis, and Tika even joked that now her girl has a better car than her, writing in her caption:
“When your daughter has a @teslamotors, and her parents don’t. Thank you god daddy’s @jasonbolden and @adair_curtis -Ella-Loren.”
Tika has been careful not to share her daughter’s face on social media. The only photo she shared of the baby was a throwback from when she was 6-months-old, but the rest of her daughters’ pic only show her back and her beautiful curly hair, which she undoubtedly got from Tika.
The girl’s father, Nicholas James, has gotten a lot of hate from Sumpter’s fans. They met on the set of “The Have and the Have Nots,” and Tika decided to keep their relationship away from the spotlight for a while because she knew people wouldn’t like she’s in love with a white man.
But Sumpter is a mama bear, as she called herself on a visit to “The Real,” and she will defend her family from the haters no matter what. She’s now engaged to Nicholas, and the couple is always showing off their love for each other on social media, as they remain unbothered with the mean comments.
Tika is currently splitting her time between work and motherhood, and like any other working mom, she has our admiration for being able to lead a balanced life without dropping her passion for acting or her loved ones.
