Ron Isley's much younger wife stuns in blonde locks & floral wrap dress in recent photo
The woman 35-years his junior flaunted her assets in a floral wrap dress she proudly posted on Instagram this week.
It was a surprise to many when Ron Isley exchanged vows with his bride Kandy in 2005, who is 35 years his junior. Due to their age gap, many were suspicious about her reasons to marry him. At the wedding ceremony, she donned a $15,000 wedding gown, and Ron gifted her with a $3 million necklace. Aside from that he slid a big 14 carat diamond ring into her ring finger. Their ceremony itself was extravagant, with George Duke and Philip Bailey serenading guests, and Kid Kapri DJ'ing the after party. Of course, their hotel was located in the Beverly Hills Hotel, which does not come cheap either.
Because of this, people started talking about the real reasons as to why she decided to marry Isley. According to ILOSM, people were saying that their wedding was "money driven", and that he was actually her "sugar daddy", given that she maried him when he was 63-years-old.
However, the two recently sat down to clear the air about why Kandy married Ron.
Prior to getting married in 2005, they first dated for 7 years, and have a 10-year-old son together. In a recent interview with their local St. Louis KTVI, she revealed why she was attracted to her husband.
"He's a GENTLEMAN! I mean, you're talking about romance, he puts the 'R' in romance...from fine dining, to treating a woman like a man should, with respect. As we developed a relationship, we had a lot of things in common and Ronald...even though he's older, he's young at heart."
Likewise, Ron shares what he appreciates about Kandy, saying that she does amazing things for him.
"She does these amazing things for me, you know. She answers a lot of questions that I need to have answers for you know and she keeps me going."
Clearly, the two of them have stayed in-love through the years, and continue to shock people. In a recent Instagram post, Kandy shares a post about strength, trying to give advice to her fans.
“Strength is not the absence of struggle. Strength is being thankful and happy in the midst of the chaos.” Ya gotta keep moving forward! #kimandkandy#heguidesme #trust #believe #afighter#dontyoudarequi"
