Joanna Gaines shows off 3-week-old baby Crew in sweet mother-son photo
On Saturday, Fixer Upper star Joanna Gaines shared an adorable picture of herself bonding with her last born, Crew. In the image, the pair is sitting on the porch soaking up the sun.
Next to them lay the family’s dog Cookie, according to the reality star’s Instagram post. The little boy is only three weeks old and is baby number 5 for the family.
The picture posted this weekend, showed Joanna Gaines, 40, cradling baby Crew in her arms while the pair relaxed in a rocking chair outside on the porch. ‘Me + Crew + Cookie = [red heart emoji],’ Joanna captioned the photo, as the family’s pet, Cookie, lay beside them.
She and her husband Chip Gaines, 43, are also parents to Emmie Kay, 8, Duke, 9, Ella, 11, and Drake, 13. The parent’s of five can’t seem to get enough of their newest addition. To learn more follow us on twitter @amomama_usa
A day earlier, Chip shared a photo of Crew while the baby appeared to be taking a nap in his arms. ‘My heart is full,’ was the caption for the adorable image.
Earlier in the week, Joanna shared another picture of herself with her baby boy. She was seen with a sleeping Crew as they walked through her Waco, Texas, backyard garden.
Chip and Joanna kept a special tradition when Crew was born on June 21. This tradition dates back to the birth of their first child. Joanna shared a photo of her husband at home with baby Crew on his lap with his wrist covered in a hospital bracelet.
According to her caption, her husband would wear the bracelet until it fell off on its own. The Gaines' hadn’t planned on having another baby before learning they were pregnant.
Joanna shared that when she saw the results of the test, her jaw had dropped. She explained that she had taken a test after "feeling a little emotional and crazy."
The star revealed that her husband was in the driveway about to leave when she called him back and told him they were pregnant. The couple was excited by the news.
The stars recently left their HGTV series as they decided to take time to focus on family.
