Duggar family welcomes another baby

Counting On stars Jinger (Duggar) and her husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their first child on Thursday. They revealed on their website that the little girl was born in the morning.

The Duggar Family Twitter page congratulated the couple on their first baby. The little girl’s name is Felicity Nicole Vuolo.

On their website, Jinger, 24, and Jeremy Vuolo, 30, wrote ‘God is so kind! Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 am.’ They also revealed that that little girl weighed 8lbs. and 3oz.

She measured just19.5 inches long. The site reported that both Jinger and the baby were ‘healthy, doing great, and resting well.’

The couple announced in January that they were expecting their first child.

They have been married since 2016. At the time, they revealed that the past 14 months had been the best of their lives since getting married.

In their statement, they shared that they had looked forward to the joys of marriage but neither one of them fully understood how amazing the start of the journey would be.

‘Now, the journey has taken an exciting turn: We are expecting our first child!’ the couple revealed. They then asked people to pray for their safe and healthy pregnancy.

In April, the two set up an obstacle course and split family members into a pink and a blue teams in a gender reveal game. Each member of each team had to eat a container of ice cream before running the obstacle course.

The captain of the first team to finish the race had the honor of flipping the switch on a ‘baby’ neon light. It revealed the sex of their little girl.

Lucky fans have had the pleasure of watching Jinger document her first pregnancy on social media. At the time of their engagement, Jeremy shared that he loved children.

However, he wasn’t sure how many he wanted and said he’d see what the Lord provided.
