Season 8 of 'Alaskan Bush People' trailer released
A new trailer was recently released for the much-anticipated return of Alaskan Bush People, which is now on its eighth season.
The Discovery Channel released the brand new promo video on July 23rd, which gave fans a confirmation that the show will officially be returning on the small screen.
Since the last episode of the seventh season, the Brown family has faced a lot of challenges.
The family had moved to Washington, while the matriarch, Ami Brown, was taken to California for her treatments following her cancer diagnosis.

It had been recently revealed that Ami is now cancer-free. With the second chance given to her and the rest of the Brown family, they are more than ready to take on new adventures.
For the eighth season, the first episode will premiere on August 19th at 9 p.m. ET, which is a year after the last end of season seven.
The promo – first featured by People – showed the family adjusting to their new surroundings in Washington.
It was not easy for them to embrace the new place since they struggled to leave their old homestead, Browntown, which they built in Alaska.
Talking about their fresh start in Washington, the family patriarch, Billy Brown, said in the promo clip, "It’s a miracle is what it is. We’ve gone through a lot of adversity. It was like everything was closing in on us, darkness all around and it was over. Then, Washington came into view.”
As for Ami, she also spoke about her life after surviving lung cancer. She said, "It’s almost like being born again and starting life anew. The good Lord has given me a second chance.”
The Brown family’s new home features an actual ranch with barns, horses, and cattle. Billy proudly said that their new place was made for them. He admitted that adjusting to their new surroundings is a “test” and added that they can’t afford to fail on the task at hand.
The new property features about 400 acres of wilderness, which is more than enough for the Brown children - sons Matt, Bam Bam, Noah, Bear and Gabe, and daughters Snowbird and Raindrop.
