Nina Westbrook, the wife of the Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook, took to Instagram to announce her second pregnancy in the most adorable way.

In the photo, the couple’s son Noah Russell is shown laying on his mother’s belly carefully placing his ear on it, just as if he wanted to listen to his baby sibling in the womb.

Apart from that, she wrote: “Sunday morning snuggles from Big Brother,” followed by two black baby and a heart emoji. As soon as she uploaded that picture, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One of them was @mrsscalz, who pointed out that the news was amazing and that they couldn’t be happier for the couple.

How becoming a father impacted Russell's life

During an interview the NBA star had with ESPN in December 2017, he confessed that one of his biggest fears about being a parent while also playing basketball was missing out on important milestones because of his schedule.

Russell said that he changed for good from the very first moment the couple knew they were having Noah as he started thinking about the things that would benefit his baby as “everything revolves around him.”

Apart from that, the point guard added that being afraid of missing out was never a problem, but now that he has a son, it is a “big thing” for him.

“My wife does a great job of constantly keeping me updated. But that’s my biggest thing: ‘Ah, I’m missing something.’ That’s why when I get home I’m all: ‘Noah, let’s do whatever,'” said Russell.

Nina and Russell, who have been together since college, got married on August 29, 2015. Noah was born in May 2017 and, as the photo suggests, he is very excited about his upcoming sibling.

So far, the NBA star hasn’t spoken on his new baby. He’s probably picking the right words to share the big news on social media.
