In the clip, her rock solid abs were visible enough for her fans to see, and despite her strenuous workout, she multitasks and speaks to her supporters through the video.

This book helped me learn the power of being a woman. This book helped me understand the necessity to trust the beauty of feminine energy. And this book has helped me find my way."

The book that Pinkett Smith promoted was "Women Who Run With The Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. She shares how audiobooks have been so helpful for her since the quality of the author's spoken voice eased her even on the most challenging nights.

"Her voice has brought me through many tumultuous nights [...] I consider her the mother of young adult women and women who are in desperate times."

She explained all of this while working out on a machine, which makes it clear how she gets things done all the time despite her busy schedule. Her daily hard work at the gym is seen in the recent Instagram post she shared, which featured her in a tight and colorful mini dress while at a photo shoot. In the photo, she stared confidently at the camera, making her eyes speak for themselves.

Jada might have been feeling under the weather on Monday, as she hoped her mood would be the same as when she had the picture taken.
