Michael Jordan's daughter has grown into a savvy businesswoman and is a real stunner

Jasmine Jordan carries on her shoulders the legacy of her father's last name, and she's making sure to do it justice. The 25-year-old is a girl boss, and she recently became the representative of the Jordan brand in North Carolina.

The daughter of Hall of Famer Michael Jordan is all grown up and ready to start building her own empire.

Jordan doesn't need an introduction. He is one of the most famous and talented basketball players that ever graced the industry and he has become a successful businessman that owns the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association.

Jordan is one of the most marketed athletes in history: he had sponsorships from brands such as Coca-Cola, Chevrolet, Gatorade and McDonald's. Nike created a shoe inspired by him called Air Jordan that is still one of the highest-selling footwear.

The success of the shoes was so huge that Nike decided to create their own division called the Jordan Brand.

Michael's daughter Jasmine has recently been named as the representative of the brand in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and she's also the image of the new Air Jordan, Heiress XI, which gives a feminine twist to the classic shoe.

Jasmine is very proud of the design and the name of the new product, and she explained the meaning behind it to Essence, saying:

“I just want to people to understand that as corny as it may be, anybody and everybody can be an Heiress. Heiress isn’t just true to its actual definition. In all actuality everybody can be an heiress because it is just another form of being a boss.

You can just be yourself, take control and have independence. If I’m able to let people know one thing, it’s be whoever you are because you can claim it and own it. It is not hard but you gotta work for it.”

In a recent interview the Syracuse University graduate did with Be Gorgeous she described herself as "bold," because she will always be herself whether people like her or not.

She also said:

“I am a young woman that is true to her word. What I say whenever I say it will always be something I stand by. I am confident in who I am and have no fear in admitting when I'm wrong. I am independent, diligent and truthful. I'm strong minded and aggressive, which takes time to adjust to for those who are the opposite of me."

And continued:

"I am constantly uplifting those around me and willing to help anyone who needs it. I thrive off of my strength and self-assurance in who I am, and that the person I am becoming is a person that is able to achieve anything.”

Jasmine is now engaged to basketball player Rakeem Christmas, and she's looking happier than ever now that both her professional and personal lives are balanced.
