Fantasia Barrino shares photo of husband & a simple note for his birthday

Singer and songwriter Fantasia Barrino, best known for winning the third season of “American Idol,” took to Instagram to honor her husband, Kendall Taylor.

In the post, the businessman was portrayed wearing a white ensemble while talking through a microphone during a meeting. The singer captioned it with a direct and straightforward message: “Happy birthday my King.”

As soon as that image was shared, Barrino’s fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts and wish Taylor a happy birthday. One of them was Cole Shaneka, who pointed out that Barrino got a good man.

@nysc_sheaboogie chimed in and sent their best wishes to Taylor. Apart from that, they urged Barrino to thank god for the man He put in her path and added that she deserved him.

WHY MARRYING HIM AFTER ONLY THREE WEEKS TOGETHER?

In an interview the singer had with Billboard, she revealed that they met at a nightclub and that the connection was instantaneous.

Barrino pointed out that her life changed on that day and that they didn’t consummate the relationship until the wedding in 2015 – only three weeks after meeting each other.

“I just knew [he was the one]. I was getting ready to go on the road, and he got on his knees and said, ‘Can I pray for you? I just want to cover for you down the road,’” told Barrino.

She added that she had been in and out relationships when Taylor got in her life and that she kept asking God to send him someone to pray for her and to be willing to cover her and her children Dallas and Zion.

For that reason, when Taylor told Barrino that he wanted to pray for her, she knew he was the man she was supposed to marry.

Even though they have been together for a while, they know that the little details are important in the relationship, that’s why Taylor took his wife on a surprise trip last month. When Barrino asked where the couple was going, the man replied “None of your business.”
