I can't stand to be with my husband anymore after what he did to his body

When I met my husband 12 years ago, he was the hottest man on campus, and I fell in love with him on sight. He was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen and he had this incredible body.

He was on an athletic scholarship and was hoping to go pro, but he had an injury in his last year, and that was that.

By that time I was already pregnant, so I married him anyway, and tried to make the best of a bad deal.

To be fair, he's done pretty well by us financially, He works hard and he earns a lot of money, and I haven't had to work a day since my son was born.

My problem is that in these last 10 years, my husband went from an absolute 10, to a 0. In the beginning, he made an effort, went to the gym and kept in shape.

Then, bit by bit he stopped going, saying he was too tired and he started eating more and more, getting flabby. Now he weighs 40 kg more than he did when he met and has a repulsive pot belly and man boobs

I can't stand to have him touch me, make love to me. He disgusts me. I told him to go on a diet but he laughs and pats his stomach and says "more to love."

I have been refusing to have sex with him, and frankly, who can blame me? I've kept trim and sexy! He's not ashamed to show me off to his friends! He embarrasses me and disgusts me.

How can I make him understand that if he doesn't change I'll have to leave him?
